Just ate here. I’m from mass. This place is absolutely incredible 10/10 service, atmosphere, AND THE FOOD IS IMMACULATE. Home cooked delicious I will be coming back here specifically for this experience again. Good god 😋

Came in yesterday and everything was so wonderful we returned again today. Food was fantastic, view was great and staff was amazing. Mira, Diane, Kim, and Johnny were fabulous. They shared different hot spots in area to visit and shared stories about the strip.
Already planning our 2026 vacation to Hampton Beach. Thank you for helping us make our vacation so memorable. We will be back

Great place to go for a delicious breakfast. My wife and I go here for the food and the service is very friendly, as well as a great view of the ocean from your seat.
Stopped by this morning and went in the back door from the hotel. I didn’t get her name, but she looked pretty tired. I asked what time she stop serving breakfast, she said 11. I came back around 10:15 stood in the same place. I felt like I was on the Seinfeld episode at the soup Naxis. This woman needs help, either an additional server or some anger management. I left and had a great breakfast down the street without the rude welcome.

Avoid this place if you want service. We walked in and were seated promptly. A sever brought coffee, then we waited. The place got busy an wait staff was nowhere to be found. Finally we told the individual that seated us we were ready to order, she told us she wasn't our waitress. Then our waitress walked by our table to a group just seated. They seemed to have no clue what was going on so we decided let's get out of here. Oh, and the prices on the menu were about $3 more than the website.
