Been wanting to try wing itz for awhile now , got it tonight and I’m disappointed. The fries were like eating straight grease and over cooked , the chicken wings were disgusting too. The person that handed me my food was nice and polite though. Spoke to the owner he offered a credit or a full refund . Seems like a very nice man

It’s sometimes hit or miss food, but usually a hit. The takeout service is always so nice but we almost always have missing items. To the point my husband has to pull everything out in the car to double-check haha the in-person service has also been hit or miss. We usually go earlier with our four-year-old when it’s not busy, and sometimes it still takes two hours for plates of wings. Overall though, we like the sauces and supporting local. Their outdoor space is really great, too.

Loyal customer before they moved from Portsmouth to Hampton. In my last 5 visits I have been brought WRONG FOOD. This last experience I thought was a joke. Asked for manager and out came person who was responsible for incorrect order from past. Out of 5 times deliverying wrong food they offered to fix order only once. Charged full price every time. So much wasted time. Most recently I waited 25 mins for incorrect order and offered no apology! OVER PRICED!!! AVOID
Me and my wife went there for lunch. I ordered the garlic chicken tenders. She got a chicken sandwich with onion rings. We also got a side of fries which were excellent. The waitress was awesome. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. Our experience there what's a four-star all around. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties or just friends and family getting together. We will be back soon.
