I ordered delivery of a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and a 20 oz coke. Delivery showed up about 45 minutes later pizza was cold and there was no coke. Delivery driver said oh its in the car ill be right back. I said no worries ill follow you so then he says actually I just forgot it all together and ill have to bring it back. We'll he never came back. I took one bite of the pizza and threw the rest in the trash. It was the worst Domino's pizza ever. They did refund my money however I went hungry. I had been at work for 12 hours and still had more to go. I just wanted to eat and I couldn't.

Because I live in Hanover, I tend to order from this store, but honestly they only seem to get my order right 1 in every 5 orders.... I don't want to be a Karen but money doesn't grow on trees and I'm frustrated that they dont pay attention when making pizza. I've worked for a Dominos before and I know it can get busy but it is crazy how often they keep making mistakes at this location.

I am beyond grateful for the convenience of having a place that prepares, cooks and delivers your food right to your doorstep. I realize how lucky we are. I have had good experiences with Dominos pizza. I recognize how hard they work with meeting deadlines. This evening I was honored to have Shannon cook for me and Joseph deliver me my order. I was very pleased with the pizza and having a cold beverage delivered as well. Joseph was very pleasant and rushed to get me my food. He was very pleasant and it was appearant how he took his position seriously with meeting a high demand tonight. The pizza was so good. I am very grateful for the services all around me. Joseph keep working hard like you do because you are recognized. Shannon thank you for the amazing pizza cooked to my perfection. Great Team and I am so proud of you all.

07/19/25 I didn't order food but watch out for the person driving tonight in the small domino's car, they were behind me(I had a child in the back car seat ) when we got past the coop service centerin Hanover heading towards Lebanon st, , they got really close and shut all the car lights off for a mile, completely dark behind me. I touched my breaks and could see the reflection of the car way, was way too close, continuing until I went to turn on Greensboro rd at traffic circle they turned the lights back on and flew by towards Lebanon, if I had to stop they could have gotten hurt, or a person crossing but if the child in my backseat got hurt, they wouldn't have made it that far.! Dangerous and ill never order from there again. If playing games like that I wouldn't want to take a chance what they do with the food in the car they are delivering. ! Gross. I have back and rear cameras .

The website is confusing and promoted us the order 3 2liter sodas. It also started a specialty pizza order even though we ordered a pepperoni pizza. Although the food is good we were shorted 12 wings

I’m disappointed this location doesn’t have calzones nor Mediterranean Veggie sandwich’s. When you can’t get any other pizza Dominos is the way to go.

I ordered online and did a carside order. I waited almost 20 minutes and then had to go in and get my pizza. I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but when I got home my pizza was undercooked. I'm sick and I wanted to have an easy dinner for my kids and I only to be left upset by this mess. Maybe we're all having a bad night.
