Waiter was complaining that I tipped 15%.

If you are not familiar with Chinese or Thai food you would not know what to order. There are no photos on the menu. The waiter and waitress did not / could not help. I looked for menu and photos of this restaurant on google. I ended up ordering egg drop soup. There were a few pieces of egg shell in the soup. Otherwise the soup was OK. I ordered yellow curry with tofu. It looked good on the photo, but I was unlucky. It was very spicy and the tofu was hard. I could not eat the tofu.

My husband and I went to Hans Fusion for the very first time. Omg the food and drinks were amazing. But the service was so much better. We had the best experience there from not only the waitstaff but from the owner himself. Thank you so very much. We will definitely be back

The food here is great! And I really enjoy any of the authentic dishes they have here whenever I come.
The staff are very accommodating and the food is always nice.

The only thing for me is that since I have noise sensitivity and the place is always crowded and extremely loud, it makes it very hard for me to eat here.

What a nice experience. We happened upon Han Fusion after a visit at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Delicious food and attentive staff. They took the time to answer questions and share a little conversation. The restaurant was clean, comfortable seating and actually enjoyed lunch in a quiet atmosphere.

This place is really good! They’ve got a lot of classic dishes. Things that remind me of food my mom cooks and dishes we always order for Chinese New Year. There’s a nice variety of vegetarian dishes. I love the cumin lamb and the tomato egg.

I've had a lot of Chinese food in this state. This is by far the most authentic

The chef and recipes are very good but the food was pre-made, reheated and lukewarm when served which was disappointing.

If I were the owner, I would pare down the menu, focus solely on Chinese dishes (why compete with Tuk Tuk on Thai food when there are no other Chinese restaurants in Hanover?) and serve only dishes that can be made fresh.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I would love to see these changes and I would be a life long patron if they are implemented. Quality food should always be made fresh to order.

It can be a bit busy on weekends and sometimes the service is a little thin, but the food is excellent.
