I ordered a drink with cold foam and liquid sugar. No cold foam. Ok, it costs extra I get it. But then I asked for my liquid sugar in a cup on the side at least, and was told, WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, THERE'S PACKS OF SUGAR OVER THERE, as she pointed to the sugar area. Never coming back. Oh, and this was all after I gave a FIVE DOLLAR TIP. SMH

Decent place, not the worst, but definitely not the best. I love going to Starbucks, but this place makes me go less. I don't know if it's just New England, but most Starbucks places here are subpar. Which really sucks because I love Starbucks.

Best coffee. One barista there does bring the atmosphere down a few stars. Horrible attitude.
I stood there for 10 minutes and not a single person paid attention to me or asked if they could help me. I had to question if I was invisible or not because they were all just standing around. I even watch one girl pull her phone out.
