Went here after getting a pedicure at Nefrettis upstairs. Tacos and tequila was calling my name. And I was not disappointed!!! Tacos were decently priced and decent. Our server was Ben and he was also the bartender!!! My mom and I both got margaritas. First round house marg, second I had the strawberry marg!! Holy moly.. SOOO GOOD. It's hard to find a good margarita around here and I was so happy with them here. I am still thinking about it. I Definitely want to go back especially if Ben is making the margaritas!!!! And prices were pretty decent. For 4 drinks and 3 different meals the total was like $78 before tip. And they give you chips and salsa!! Oh yeah and I tried the spicy pineapple salsa with my tacos, delicious!!!!!😋

It took 30 minutes to get our cocktails, we immediately ordered another round and a more than hour later, still no drinks. The waitstaff also have to bartend, so inefficient. The food was tasteless. They ran out of salad dressing. The steak was over cooked in the fajitas. To much breading on the pablanos. Very poor management.

“Not worth the money” -grow up!
I come twice a year since we started visiting Dartmouth and we have never been disappointed. Servers have always been varying levels of friendly (Shout out Anna for being great).
Food is always great, maybe not what you’re used to this far north but still amazing. Try their special salsas, the spicy pineapple is amazing, I get a big bowl to bring home every time.
We love this place.

We did a catering order through Tacos y Tequila for a coworker’s retirement party. The staff at TyT were very responsive and helpful. The booking was easy! We received the delivery on time and in an organized manner. Everyone commented about how good the food was (build your own taco bowl). I would highly recommend TyT, especially for catering!

I don’t normally write reviews however For the amount we paid the food was absolutely atrocious. The beans tasted blain. The enchilada tasted like dish water and the Mexican rice was crunchy and unflavorful. First experience here and was highly dissatisfied. Side note- the only good part of my meal was the bottled beer.

Soggy as hell.

The ground beef was probably the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like it had been in the steam table all day and did not have good flavor. The Mexican rice was crunchy and not tender. The refried beans were reconstituted bagged or canned beans. The Barbacoa taco was not authentic. It was made out of brisket or something. The tortilla was dry and the meat was dry. The onions that were on top of the taco were cut probably a week ago. The salsa was OK, but it wasn’t really authentic. The chili relleno taste it like it was made from a mix as well, and not with egg whites and flour and baking powder like it should be. The enchilada sauce was absolutely horrible. As a professional chef who grew up in Texas and lived in southern California this would probably be the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my entire life. The chips were warm and just OK. Even the Coke that I had did not taste right. Their mix was off so it was putting out too much syrup thus in increasing their cost of goods and decreasing the quality. At $125 per bib. They are probably losing at least 6% in profit or so because of this. I had to wave down the bartender to even get a drink. The ground beef burrito was nothing but ground beef rolled in a flour tortilla, and then covered with that nasty enchilada sauce that comes from a can. I told the bartender in Spanish that the food was not good and she just shrugged her shoulders And told me I am so sorry. She went on to say that she won’t even eat there. It’s a good location. It’s cute and it seemed clean, but the food was absolutely not good. If you’re just needing some rice and beans with maybe a chicken quesadilla or a quick steak taco, I could see stopping in here but do not order ground beef. Do not get the enchiladas and 100% do not order anything with that enchilada sauce on it.

I could tell the food was frozen and reheated and they used cheap deli cheese. I recognized the veggies from a frozen mix I buy at Price Chopper. I could've made my entree on my own at home.

Overall pretty taste food and drinks, but comically abysmal service. We sat down and waited for ten minutes before even receiving waters or seeing a worker. The busboy ended up bringing us waters and chips because there was no other worker in sight. Then we waited 15 more minutes to see our server and again, nothing so we had to ask the busboy if we could place our order and he went to find the server from somewhere in the back. We were only one of three parties inside so it was pretty crazy. Our drinks took 10 minutes to arrive, and once we got our food we never saw our waitress again even though we were now the only remaining table. Had to go up to her to ask for a box and check because she was behind the bar touching the limes then licking her fingers

Lunch on a Tuesday experience was great. We got seated right away. Swift service, but we're not rushed out the door after we were done eating. Very reasonable price. Street tacos were delicious! Definitely going back again!

My plate was a combo. Burrito, enchilada and chili rellano. They all basically tasted the same. Kinda bland all around, same yucky queso sauce on everything not sure which was which when looking at or tasting the enchilada or the burrito. Never again will I go there.. too bad because service was good as was the atmosphere. Food=👎

It's okay if you like your food bland/unseasoned. Pretty standard for Northeast "Mexican" food, cardboard tortillas and sweet or unflavored sauce. WAY overpriced for what we got.

On a scale of 1 to Hispanic, I'd give this a "2 Gringos who have never seen a taco in their lives."

If you think I'm exaggerating, they served Italian marinara with the chips...

Vegetarian options: Some food is Vegetarian. It's equally disappointing.

Delicious street tacos. The salsa for the chips needs vast improvement.

I won’t give it a one or two star review because someone said not to read those ones so I’ll give it a three star. I ordered 4 Chicken street tacos. It came with chips and salsa. As someone else stated previously it’s basically marinara sauce with some lime juice and cilantro. This is not salsa. The chicken had almost no flavor but was well cooked. Unfortunately it also was served at room temperature. It’s a good attempt at Mexican food but if you think this is authentic, you’re out of your mind. You’re missing out on some really good food if this is the best Mexican food the Upper Valley has to offer.
