TheBOX catered my son's birthday party at a local farm, and we were so impressed by their execution. We had pre-orders for over 50 people, and it all went without a hitch. Chef Caleb and Donna arrived early with appetizers ready to go and started firing orders right on time. Everyone was able to enjoy their meal hot and fresh, with minimal wait. Our guests loved the whole experience!
Donna and Caleb’s fun, laid-back personalities, combined with their professionalism, make a huge difference when food is a central part of an event. They handle logistics seamlessly, which makes planning less stressful.
As for what to try, definitely the Baja-style fish tacos or burritos. They’re so unique to the area, I haven’t found anything like them around. Carne asada anything, you can still taste the smokiness from the wood fire. Don’t skip their housemade fire-roasted salsa either. *chef’s kiss!*

We tried The Box Food Truck & Catering and man what a great experience! I had a burrito with steak and the best guacamole ever! My husband & our daughter had steak tacos and they were equally delicious. The amount of steak in the burrito was incredible! I could only eat half due to the huge amount of food & I am looking forward to the leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
