THERES a young guy working there named James and he’s amazing! The nicest guy always smiling and eager to make my daily trips there the best! He goes way beyond his job description. I thought he was in management but he’s not!! You guys should do whatever it takes to keep him at your store! He told me his last name is Walsh so it’s James Walsh

I ordered 2 coffees and waited for like 10 to 15 minutes as they were too busy talking. Even the guy next to me got annoyed and asked "Is anyone making coffee here?" It was a nice place but seriously, they need better staff
This Dunkin Donuts is in a great spot, right on route 9 between Henniker and Concord. If you need a coffee or quite bite, it is quick and convenient. Sometimes you will need to send an order back, because a few times I have gotten the wrong item and not realized until we are back on the road.

Don't go unless you want to spend 45 minutes in line. I ordered at the speaker at 12:21, after pulling in at noon, and didn't pull away until 12:38. My drinks sat on the counter getting watered down for 5 minutes bc the girl at the window walked away. That place had MORE THAN ENOUGH people that the owners should find that unacceptable. I had a sit down breakfast yday that didn't take that long or cost that much and the waitress was pleasant, unlike the girl at the window. They'd be better off firing everyone and starting from scratch bc the people they have now don't have a clue how to make coffee or do it with a smile. They must've forgot they can get tipped for good service.

Been here multiple times. The young lady on the window is absolutely miserable and is the reason for the 1 star review. If I could give service a zero, I would. Horrible attitude and she has been the one we have dealt with every time we have come to this DD. Her attitude is so noticeable, even our children made a comment. She made a mistake on the coffee and handed it through the window without saying a word, just held it there without looking at us, without a word and a complete look of disgust on her face. She passed everything else through the window without saying a word. Don't get me started with how she takes your order. It is an absolute turn off going to this location because of this woman. I have to tell you, I never leave nasty reviews. I get bad days, hard times, and having compassion. This attitude is consistent now with multiple trips through this location's drive thru and it goes beyond a bad day. I hope she heals from whatever is causing such strife but as far as management goes, her place is not with dealing with the public.
