Great pizza, good beer, and fun place to end the day. They could use an extra bartender, or two on the busy days.

This review is based upon the people at pats peak not the mountain itself because that would be a 5 star rating but the ticket checkers were rude and wouldn't let me get on the lift until they checked my ticket about 5 times especially on the peak triple overall not a great experience

I have been going here for three years now. Perfect place for beginner and intermediate skiing. It can get crowded during mid day. It helps that is open at night. Can't wait to go back. And the food is great!

Really disappointed in their service. After filling out the online requirements for a lift and rental ticket, specifying my size, weight, boot size. I arrived at pats peak three days later to find that they didn't have a board or boots to fit me. I'm 5'6" 130 lbs and I was handed a board that was 127 cm! When I asked for a bigger board they said they didn't have any available (it was only 1030 a.m)....anyways, with my tiny board and tiny boots I had a wild day on the slopes spinning in circles and wiping out...thanks pats peak! Never going there again

We went for the first time in a Friday night. It’s a nice rustic atmosphere. There is no host and no list, you just have to kind of stare people down and hope you can get to the table faster than the guy next to you when they finally get up.When we finally got a table, the service was great. The food was good, but I thought it was expensive. We had a nacho with chicken and I had a beef stew. The mixed drinks have little to no booze in them, and lots of ice, so it’s definitely a beer kind of vibe.Overall it was fine for what it was.Kid-friendliness: I really don’t think this is a place for kids. It’s literally a bar.

Typical ski lodge snack's. Half the equipment was either broken or just out of supplies. Save your money and pack your own food and beverages. If you're on a tight budget this is not the place to have a quick bite. Ridiculously expensive with no flavor. 2 small cups of hot cocoa....$9.50. ?? Do not recommend unless you have money to throw away ?

Food is good, atmosphere is always good, but the service is horrible. I ordered a drink from the bar and the bartender was very rude. I asked about food and she rudely told me exactly where to sit if I wanted to be served. I sat there for an hour and not a single person came over to say hello or see if I needed anything. Yes I’d like some chili please.

Pat's is the best version of itself: an unpretentious, family-friendly, well-run, convenient and affordable ski area. Small for the region, but they get the most out of it with aggressive snowmaking, fast lift lines, good crowd management and sensible planning, and lights! I grew up night skiing, and this is the best-lit spot in New England, with the most accessible hours. They put their money into the mountain they have, not trying to market themselves as the next Vail (which has done a pretty lame job managing the customer experience at the local properties they've taken over recently!) Pat's website is very AOL-era, but if you know what you're looking for, it's all you need. This probably goes back to getting the basics right, keeping their costs (and prices!) under control, and not trying to show off or bring in the luxury tourism crowd at the expense of the average enthusiast. Very on-brand--wouldn't change a thing. Not the place I'd go for an epic pow weekender, but just what the doctor ordered for most of the season. And it happens to be very pretty, too. If you've got a bad attitude about noobs here to learn the sport you supposedly love, or you need to be spoiled on and off the snow, don't let the door hit you on the way out. If you can chill and appreciate everyday user-friendliness, affordability, and maximizing quality time on the snow over posing or being pampered, you'll love it here.

Extremely overpriced and monopolised in the area. You'd rather carry food with you if you're going skiing here. Everything you touch is so expensive and barely nice to eat. Even the most basic drip coffee was like hot water. They even charged for glasses of water (unpackaged).

Hands down the best ski resort for beginners. The greens are long and gentle with several beginning at the summit. The trails were well groomed and held up well into the afternoon despite warmer weather and traffic. It is a no frills, local mountain with a very laid back vibe. You won't find a ton of amenities here but honestly if you are doing a shorter day or skiing you don't need them. The crowds weren't bad at all considering this was the week between Christmas and New Years where it is peak season. I think this is because Epic Pass holders and more experienced skiers prefer other mountains. The blue trails are not very challenging for more experienced skiers so it may not be as enjoyable. Can't speak for the blacks trails. Also may not be the best option for snowboarders unless you hit it on a powder day. But for beginner skiers, you can't beat Pat's Peak!

i'm a local snowboarder for 25 years. crotched mountain pass holder for 15 years straight. i'm a new customer here at pats peak and i thought this mountain was going to be VERY different. very unprofessional, uneducated staff. i went to the office and asked them for their lift policy for my nephew, whose 3 years old. they could not provide me with any paperwork or policies stating he could not go on the lift. they would not let him on the lift and kicked us out. they could not provide me with any paperwork backing up their claim. and they couldn't point me in any direction for who to talk to. every other surrounding mountain has supported my nephew going on the lift INSTEAD PATS PEAK. (and some vail owned mountains). they also stereotype pass holders in line, after they know i've shown them my pass over and over and over and they don't ask anyone else near me for their pass. i feel targeting just trying to get on the lift. i'm a male, baggy clothes. tattoos. embellished style. so i get it a lot. but never at a ski mountain so this was a first!they also don't have any terrain park through december which is odd. crotched. loon. macytire. nashoba, all have a great terrain park ready to go.. so for my own preferences as a park rider.i unfortunately do not recommend this mountain to anyone with children or anyone who snowboards.staff 3/10mountain maintence 7/10terrain park 0/10pricing 5/10thank you for taking the time and reading my review.
