my order was wrong. I noticed before I drove off and they didn't even try to make it right. so I paid $10.70?¿ for a happy meal and a small order of fries? when I ordered a happy meal AND nuggets And fries. lunch rush, to tired from driving to pull a "KAREN" . Nothing like gaslighting your customers at the drive thru. the problem seems to be the person bagging the orders. the one taking the order got it right, read it back to me BUT didn't give me a receipt. Tonight once again I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at the drive thru. I asked for it to be cooked fresh. Waited in line long enough to expect a piping hot crispy piece of chicken....And once again I get a chicken sandwich that is barely warm and soggy. This isn’t a dollar menu item, it’s a signature sandwich “Crispy Chicken” Change it to “Sad Soggy Chicken” HORRIBLE just horrible.
Also I don’t understand why you would discontinue one of the top sandwiches...read full review
