It seems like every location is serving the same dry burgers. Both the meat and buns are dry, so the only part that's not are the special sauce on the Big Mac and the 2 pickles

I just threw $5.20 out the window because I don’t know what is up with this generation and thinking that four tiny baby diced onions is the normal amount of onions to put on a double cheeseburger but this has been a thing at multiple locations that I have been going to lately and it’s just no point in trying to find the same taste that I used to be able to get all the time because now there’s no onion there is no onion flavor on a double cheeseburger from here to Manchester I don’t know about any other locations lately but I don’t plan on finding out because I was so mad that I just threw it out my window let the birds eat that crap

Why do you cook the burgers with onions on them? I have a reaction to onions order my burger with no onions but there are always onions on them! An employee there told me they put onions on the burger when cooking.. this has got to be a food allergy no-no! Unreal, I’ll just start getting my fast food before I get to town, and NOT at a Napoli group business!

If I could give a zero I would. The kids that work here are rude and I asked for extra hot fudge on my ice cream and they drizzled the smallest amount possible on the top and charged me extra for that. If you going to charge a $1 for fudge can you make it somewhat worth it. And the smores McFlurry is falsely advertised cuz the pictures shows the powder is all mixed in but when you get it is vanilla ice cream with some of the s’mores powder sprinkled on top. Rip off!
