I have frequented this location for the last 10 years or so. I have been pleased each time, moreso today. I made an online order when passing through Hillsboro today. The inside of the restaurant was immaculate along with the bathroom. The workers were very friendly and the service was fast.

How can you constantly run out of meatballs? Is the manager too dumb to plan ahead? This is embarrassing for you! Mobile order show up for food nope no subs because no meatballs at 5pm on a Saturday! About done ordering from this place! This isn’t the first time either!

Normally I get the best sandwich from here but not this time. I got the spices nacho chicken. They didn't have onions,peppers or the nacho crunches. I like spicy but I think the kid put half the bottle of Sriracha sauce. So disappointed 😞

Ordered on the app at 4:25pm, arrived at 5pm- 20mins after the time the app said the stuff would be ready and was told that it’d be a bit more time. If you’re short staffed that’s fine, I get it, but don’t take orders on the app if you can’t handle it.

I ordered 2 footlong tuna subs. The tuna is dry and tasteless. Look like they forgot to add mayo to the tuna. On top of the bad quality food, I was charged an additional $2 for 2 slice of american cheese. So without the coupon, the 2 footlong tuna subs would have been $28. Who in the right mind will pay for terrible fast food for $28 ?? Hard Pass!!

Ordered online while on ten minute ride over and waited a few before checking in at store. My ticket wasn’t even printed out and only one person on at noon time rush on a Friday.
Manager in red shirt was there walking behind only person working and looked at line looked at me kept walking. Any GOOD manager would jump in to help their team. Sign on front says they are hiring but based on this experience is explains why subpar each time I come here. If I didn’t already waste so much time waiting I would cancel my order I paid for ahead on and go grab sub from local pizza spot. Convenience of liquor store next door since you are going to need a drink while you wait… thirty minutes and still no food I’m typing as I wait here after hopping in line to make sure they made My food in mix of customers in line
Ordered 2 subs online a hour ahead of time showed up neither of them are started. i tell them im waiting for a order 20 mins later they start it. finish it 15 minutes after. Both subs are cold (supposed to be toasted) and both of them are missing the bacon!

No wrap available. Bread flavorless, chewy. Two slices turkey, indigestible chunk of cheese, a few wilted spinach leaves, some red onion, dregs of mayo. Surly counter fellow. Once I could get a tasty, well made wrap. Disappointed today. Cookies still good.

Got sandwiches yesterday, my husband usually gets red wine vinaigrette on his sandwich. All I can say is he could barely eat his sandwich because of how much they put in his sandwich. Dripping out and everything. Do better please. We pay for food to eat and he couldn't even eat it.
