Got sandwiches yesterday, my husband usually gets red wine vinaigrette on his sandwich. All I can say is he could barely eat his sandwich because of how much they put in his sandwich. Dripping out and everything. Do better please. We pay for food to eat and he couldn't even eat it.

Okay I go here all the time and never had a problem. But today I noticed a new guy (pretty sure his name tag said Trever) and he had music blasting in his earbud that I could clearly hear…. While i was ordering he had me repeat everything about three times and still managed to mess up my order! I am no Karen but Iv worked in the food business and that’s just very disrespectful.

Ok, I've put off writing this review as I was very angry for quite some time. First, I can say their is one young man who works here that is extremely rude and makes you feel as if you're forcing him to do his job. Second, I almost weekly ordered a deconstructed BLT for my daughter. Most everyone there had no problem with this. It really isn't hard. You cook the bacon and put the veggies in a bowl with the bread on the side. She liked to make it herself so the bread didn't get soggy. The kid mentioned above acted as if this was torture and I so dreaded going in if he was there. One day I was told they no longer did deconstructed sandwiches. They would instead charge as a salad and also a sandwich if u wanted the bread. The only veggies BTW were spinach and cucumber. So it's not like I was asking for every veggie. This after serving literally rotten bacon that actually made us gag. I called them on that one and they did offer a free sandwich. I refused because I just wanted to let them know not to serve it. I wasn't angry at all. I will never ever ever go back to this location. I put up with the very rude person working here many times. I suggest stay away. Market Basket makes better and much more affordable subs!

This will probably push more people to go here but the other night I was out with some friends, one of whom is transgender, and the individual serving us kept intentionally being nasty to her and misgendering my friend.Overall the service was pretty lousy; it took this person almost 45 minutes to make 2 cold sandwiches and a meatball sub, and in addition to that they were very nasty to my trans friend. In 2023, we really shouldn't experience bigotry like this and I sincerely hope Management steps in and does literally anything about it.

Stopped in for a bite to eat with my father after driving through the beautiful state of New Hampshire viewing trucks for sale. The staff was super friendly and very customer service oriented, TBH it was the best part of my day, my BMT Ultimate was ok, my father demolished his (#8) chicken something sandwich, the place was fairly busy with a line from when we walked in, till when we finished eating and walked out.Area was clean, and the restroom (s) are for customer's only and required a key (attached to a rubber chicken, LMFAO)Again the staff was awesome and made the experience.Ample parking with a N.H. Liquor store adjacent to the Subway.

The food fine but some of the vegetables were bad and the guy making my sandwich kept his glove on WHILE giving out the bathroom key attached to a squeaky chicken toy like cmon man and then he went back to making my sandwich like what.
Placed a order at 5:55pm on subway app. Says it will be ready at 6:20pm. App says it’s ready. It automatically tells you it’s ready even when it’s not. Didn’t get my order until 7:10. Gentlemen behind the counter was by himself, trying to take care of walk ins and online orders. Trying his hardest. No one should be left alone to take care of All these customers. More ways how subway is failing and owners/ managers failing there employees. This is why you can’t get help you don’t give them the support they need, where them thin and to the point they walk.
