2/10 experience. Stopped in to celebrate my best friend who just got married this weekend, looking forward to a drink and meal with friends. I was asked for ID (no problem), but after the server took it to the manager, she returned saying she couldn’t serve me because a corner of the plastic was slightly damaged—something that happened after she took it. I’m 25 and a licensed bartender of four years, so I understand ID rules, but this could’ve been handled better. Ended up going to Tavern on the Green down the road and had an excellent meal and drinks there instead. If the staff struggles to verify IDs, a scanner might help avoid situations like this.

It had been a couple years since we had been to tookys and it's all as awesome as we remembered. We sat outside (my favorite in the summer) We both got prime rib and it was very good, but my favorite part of my meal was the butternut squash! It was so yummy.

took my family for dinner Saturday night. the server was Jess. she went above and beyond for my daughter. we recently found my daughter has cancer and cannot have soy. Jess checked the ingredients on a few of the things she asked for to make sure there was no soy. Jess was extremely polite and professional. to go above for us not knowing the situation was heart warming . thank you Jess
We stopped in here today on a trip from ct to Belmont . We were starving and found this wonderful gem. It looks like their “ hole in the wall bar “ but this place was so much more. We walked in with our toddler they sat us outside , the waitress Sarah A then informed us a storm was coming and she moved us into the top part of the outside which we were thankful bc it then poured about 5 mins later. I ordered potato skins and French onion, my son got DINO NUGGETS AND FRIES and Mac n cheese. My husband got the scallops . We were BLOWN AWAY! The food was AMAZING EVERYTHING !! Flavor on point my son loved the Dino’s ! Our waitress Sarah was nice and kind took time out to talk to us and we even forgot our card in the payment folder and ran out after us and returned it to us!! We are so grateful! If we ever come back this way again we are totally stopping here again!! Thank you Sarah A for giving us a great experience!

Sat outside on the patio which is a great layout and that is very comfortable to relax and have a meal. Got the French onion soup which was top tier! The cheese was on top was perfect crip and loaded with onions. The rib appetizer was the star of the show...WOW! Most tender ribs I have had yet and the flavor was incredible. Great selection of food and drinks. Staff was very attentive, we felt very relaxed at this establishment, like being in your back yard! Will come back often! Best food in Hillsborough!

Food and service were great. Patrons and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The buffalo tenders were amazing…a must have as an appetizer! Overall, definitely one of the best places to eat in the area.
