⭐☆☆☆☆ — aroma joe’s hooksett: where “customer service” clocks out early
rolled up to the hooksett location at 8:45 pm a whole 15 minutes before closing only to find the open signs already off like they were hiding from responsibility. so we called, hoping maybe someone just jumped the gun. nah. the guy answers and casually hits us with, “unfortunately, i’m already putting things away.” oh. okay. so now we’re playing “let’s pretend we’re closed” instead of, i don’t know… doing your job? i didn’t realize “putting things away” meant the last 15 minutes of your shift are just ✨optional✨ for customers. love that for you. must be nice to decide your own closing time depending on vibes. imagine being a business that advertises being open until 9 but mentally clocks out at 8:40. if that’s the case, maybe slap a little disclaimer on your sign: “open until 9, unless we’re tired or just not feeling it.” so thanks, aroma joe’s , hooksett. you didn’t make me a drink, but you did make sure i never waste my time here again. i came for caffeine, not the attitude. keep the coffee i’ve got standards.

You should stop charging for cloud top… because I’ve ordered and paid for it several times and never once gotten it, only to realize after I’ve already pulled away.

Been here three different times over the past few weeks and ordered a coffee with vanilla and hazelnut. Coffee has come out wrong size from what I ordered. No flavoring in the coffee, and SCORCHING hot. Like boiling hot. Need to pay better attention to the order at the window

Everything here has gone downhill since Mariah left and the new manager took over. The wait is horrendous, food is always cold in the middle or completely destroyed in the bag and the drinks have gone down in quality also.

The flavor choices are ENDLESS. Ok, maybe not technically endless, but I'm still trying different flavors and combinations 8 years later. I love a sugar-free rush with amaretto. I also tried some amazing iced Irish Cream deliciousness recently. The baristas are super friendly and are always great for recommending new drink ideas. Noelea is my top favorite drink connoisseur at Aroma Joe's. She has whipped me up some questionable flavor combos that have turned out to be absolutely delicious every time. The Cajun hashbrows are a snacky snack MUST!! For a warm drink, on a crisp fall day, get a large London Fog two tea bags. Chef's kiss.

I did not like this coffee at all it was weak to the server at the window seems to not understand what we were talking about kept repeating the same questions to us about what we were ordering and did not have clear or helpful responses for us another corporate knock off of Dutch Bros or original Starbucks and not doing it well the only bright light in the place what's the chorizo flatbread breakfast sandwich that was pretty good
I was just asked to tip on a single drink order with zero line ahead or behind me. Nothing turns a customer off more than being directly asked to tip. I was given a passive aggressive additude when I declined

I want to like them as their coffee is decent but waiting 25 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. To add to that the bacon in my sandwich was one uncooked glob. I have given this place 3 chances but not worth the wait.
