I Don't go to this one often, customer service was great, I ordered an AJs rush and it was a little weak and watered down but you get what you pay for, the one in concord on fisherville rd is great however.

I'm getting my car fixed at a repair shop 50 ft from them, I asked guy @ repair shop helping me while i wait, if they had a microwave to warm up my coffee, they said theirs is broke and I could go to Aroma because they're always happy to help their guys; I went to Aroma window; lady in charge refused to help me, WOW...sometime later I'm still at repair shop; lady police officer approaches door, asks if i was harassing employees at Aroma, MY MOUTH DROPS! the guy who sent me there- HIS MOUTH DROPS...I explained everything to cop,she was extremely nice!..we figured it out!will never go near an Aroma Joe..

DELICIOUSNESS in a CUP!Thank you Tanna for being AMAZING at what you do! What a welcomed reminder that good ol'fashioned customer service does still exist!As a first timer newbie, she knew the menu inside and out, she gave a great synopsis of what they were all about. Patient and attentive with a GREAT personality and attitude. These are AWESOME attributes for a GREAT manager!Then she delivered top notch and quality products!Food AND Beverage were AWESOME and TASTY at a reasonable value!This location is definitely worth a visit!

I love Aroma Joes. I think they have THE best coffee around and prices are very reasonable/affordable. Food options are great too. I have never disliked anything i’ve ordered. Every time I go to this location, the employees are very kind and cheerful. They have wonderful attitudes that rub off onto me as well. Because of the drive-thru and walk up window only options, it can get very busy at times- but they always keep the line moving and I’ve never had to wait a terribly long time.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free options for creamers!

Best coffee with a huge selection of flavors and a huge selection of teas, sodas, and caffeineated beverages (non-coffee). Drive-through and walk-up window. Staff are just the right amount of friendly. Great vibe.
