The arcade games are fun and my kids really enjoyed them, but laser tag was way too overpriced and the employee lady was extremely rude. The instructions were pretty unclear and it was a huge waste of time and money. My 8 and 14 year olds were over it before the second round was done. Definitely won’t be doing that again.

I want to like this place so bad. I want to look forward to taking the kids here. But this place upsets me so much.Games are too expensive. Most games are more than $1 per play. Many are $3, $5. Waste of money.I typically run into several games that don’t work properly and eat your money. I don’t want to waste my time asking for assistance and complaining to staff. Waste of time.

Overpriced and not enough game options. Laser Tag and Obstacle course are extremely overpriced ($22 per person for the obstacle course, close to the same for Laser Tag), should honestly cost less than half, $8-10, what they charge based on what you get.Only day worth going is on Wednesdays when they run 1/2 price games, and it's gonna be PACKED cause people can only justify going there during that promotion. Lots of games down or not working. Game attendants nowhere to be found. Tons of scam games (crane games rigged so you can't win, especially the Sonic Ball game - was hard to explain to my kids not to waste $3 a try until they did it a few times to see that it is literally not possible to win). Prizes are also lame and ticket cost is crazy compared to what you get, creates arguments amongst kids.Any day other than Wednesday you'll probably be better off going somewhere else.

A must visit place for the whole family. Not much for toddlers but I'm sure they'd still enjoy. Devan "Mr Fix it" helped us multiple times and was kind during a misunderstanding where I was visibily frustrated and confused. The lady at the front desk was so kind and walked us through everything. Every staff member was friendly! They have a HUGE pizza we got and it fed my family of 6 and still had some to take home. The wings were well above your standard wings and we were so impressed with that. They have a plethora of drink choices.
