Went in almost completely sober and had the bartender refuse to serve us because my gf has an eye that’s more closed than the other due to a medical condition. He wasn’t polite about it it all. Was very rude in fact and hurt her feelings in top of it all. She doesn’t cry ever and he put her in tears. Terrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could

No food. Well spaced pool tables. Generally good condition. Stevia is EXCELLENT on the bar. Runs the table and floor by herself. Never have to wait for a drink.

Cody and Jess are both extremely attentive and fun to talk to at the bar. Jess always makes us feel welcomed and heard!! Cody is creative with drinks, and he makes an amazing MAI TAI!!! Thank you for always knowing who we are and giving us top notch drinks! Also the guy who checks ID (we forget his name) is so nice and friendly! Thank you for making this a comfortable bar to enter! We love you guys!

Great drinks - service - and environment! My wife and I have been here multiple times with and without friends- and we've always had the same great servers - a relaxed environment - and a ton of fun!

Plenty of parking, clean, well lit, and good drinks. The tables that I saw all looked to be in good condition.

Great place to play pool and have a couple beers. They've had a table available every time I've visited recently.

If you would like a place to play pool, it's a great place to go . If you want to sit at the bar you will be served a lot of attitude. One gentleman bartender has multiple personalities, just sit and watch.

We go here at least once a week. Always happy with the service, and it's an inexpensive good time. Jello shots for $1, can't go wrong there!

It's a good pool hall for the most part - been coming here back when it was in across the street next to the abandoned Big K. Came in on a Friday at 3pm with three other people and were demanded IDs by Kristina the bartender. She immediately had a bad attitude that was obvious to all of us. One of people in our group left her ID in the car (none of us were drinking we just wanted to play pool). Kristina said it's a 18+ bar and if the liquor commissioner came in it would be a problem. Then, made some comment about kicking us out. The best part was there was a child, no older than 9yrs old, playing pool behind us.I've never had a problem with this place before so hopefully it's just a one off.

On December 10th 2022, my fiancé Ken left his job in Hooksett after having one drink, and came here. He arrived a little after 11pm. He had a drinking problem, and frequented this bar. By 1:09 am, his blood alcohol content was .25 (more than 3 times the legal limit), and was found in his car dead with head and torso trauma. He had taken the exit to 93 S on Hooksett Road traveling from north. In the early hours of December 11th, I was trying to piece together the night my fiancé had. Who he spoke to that night, where he went, who tried to stop him from driving..I had already received some of what was "on him" that night. His metal chain that was ripped from his neck, his metal bike chain bracelet he never took off, his wallet chain that connected to his belt loop, and his watch I bought him the year before for his birthday. The only thing missing was his ring he wore on his finger. I became hyperfixiated on this ring because it had his sons name engraved on it (his son passed away years prior) and I immediately wanted it on my necklace I wore so it was close to my heart. This brings me back to Cue & Cushion. I called the bar in the morning when it opened. I was being manipulative by asking if my fiancé had lost his ring playing pool the night before. I didn't know he had stopped at the bar yet, but I had a good idea he had. The bar manager, Suzie (I believe) answered and looked for it. She came back to the phone after a while and said she hadn't found it, but asked me if my fiancé had lost it, why wasn't he calling or coming in to look for it. I told her "Because he died in a drunk driving accident last night." She immediately changed her tone with me. I can't actually remember the words she spoke at that moment, because I was so angry. Later on, I found out that the staff there had talked about the "reasons" they thought I was looking for the ring. That I was "a junkie who was looking to pawn it" See, I had come to Cue & Cushion many times with my fiancé, and 99% of the time ordered a soda, and 1% of the time I ordered water. I am a recovering addict, who at the time had over 2 years clean. So to the staff at Cue & Cushion who were involved in that night and the shitty things said afterwards. I pray that you learn from that experience, and that you cut off ANYONE who is intoxicated the moment you know. That you pay more attention to your patrons and alert the authorities when a customer is leaving and refusing to give up his keys to other patrons trying to stop him from driving and offering ubers for him I pray you do the right thing for your future customers, because their safety IS up to YOU. Had someone cut off my fiancé, he MAY be here today. I also pray this never happens to someone you love and if it does, that you don't get the same treatment I received. From; a traumatized "junkie" with almost four years clean and her dead fiancés ring in her glove box.

Atmosphere could use some help. Feels like a place that solely relies on regulars. Pool tables were nice. Dart area was also nice, and was in a secluded corner of the room. I’ll give it another try sometime.
