Dunkin'

Personally i just feel like you guys are all entitled to yourself. Respect is given where it's received it doesn't matter who or what you are. whether you're behind a counter or not. I personally love all the workers here i've never had a problem with any of them and you guys also have to understand that there's never very many people working at this store at once, 1-3 people can only do so many orders in a short amount of time. and having customers who are always yelling or always have a problem with something is very stressful this is not a 5 star restaurant where the waiter has to be respectful cause they live off tips. Remember this next time you want to write a review or give a worker a hard problem when there's no need to get mad or have any problems really over a coffee and donut and some food. you never know what kind of day someone is having.

Staff is not friendly at all. And need to take order multiple times at window and STILL get everything wrong. Even if it's printed on bag or coffee

Honestly shocked I still try and go to Dunkin’ Donuts. They consistently have terrible service. I had to wait in a drive through of three cars for 20 minutes to get a wake up wrap. I’ve been to so many Dunkin’s and this is my far the worst in area. People who had already ordered started leaving because the workers were taking so long, two cars ahead of me and six cars behind me (in the total of the 20 minutes) left the drive through line.

Disgusting. Just standing at the counter you can see dust and grease on all their equipment. They obviously do not clean, and management does not care nor attempt to enforce standards of cleanliness. The employees were eating at the counter as I was waiting for my food. Yes, the counter with the cash register. Sitting on his phone and eating a sandwich.

Both times I've walked in for service, I'm not even acknowledged so I go to a better dunkin down the road. Terrible service!

I was standing at the corner for a good 5 minutes and NO ONE in sight. So I got in my car to go through the drive thru. I figured it would be faster. Had to honk my horn. Asked for hot decaf but was out. But had iced decaf?‍♂️I ordered decaf for my brother in law who has cerebral palsy. I got FULL CAFFEINATED!!!! That can kill him. The rest of the order was black tea not green tea and cheese on the sandwich not melted. And I was the only one there. They spend more time lollygagging on there phone or smoking butts than paying attention to the people that pay their paychecks. It’s no wonder the donut selection is full EVERY NIGHT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT! The staff sucks!!!

Asked for ice coffee with skim, for whatever reason they handed it to us in a HOT coffee cup & didn't appear to have any skim added.2nd drink was just as awful. Sorry won't return to this location for Dunkin donuts. On a plus side the gas is always cheap!! So that's very much

Had to wait 15 minutes to even order while we were the only ones in the lobby to even be waiting. Was decently staffed for the orders they had, but since the three of them had to make 5 whole coffees in that span of 15 minutes they couldnt even be bothered to look in our direction. Almost 10 minutes after we ordered nobody has started making our drinks.The staff is still currently just wandering around not working on any orders.Owner needs to step up and have managers on, avoid this location.

Overpriced and usually have to ask to add more or remake. Get an attitude or looks or the best they just do not say anything. I do not go much anymore!! Go buy snapple element drinks pretty good and cheaper.

This place messed up two coffees and another coffee they gave us with no lid on and is spilled all over the car.

Place sucks. I know it can be busy but I watched them make my coffee with a leftover ice coffee ybat was from a different order. They are so unorganized in there.
