Dunkin'

Not a good experience at this location! Went inside to see that it was drive thru only even though they had enough staff, we waited at the drive thru for about 15 mins, the staff we're very slow and confused, the coffee was not what we ordered, didnt have Splenda like the sticker on the cup says, but my frozen chocolate was ok tho! I just didn't like how the staff were! I won't be going to this location again. Nice try dunks!

I wouldn’t waste your time or money. I’m used to my poorly made coffees at this point but today I was greeted by their employees smoking weed vapes infront of the already irritated customers outside in the drive through. Sat here for 45 minutes watching the arguments between customers and employees (pretty entertaining tbh) before deciding to drive off because no progress was being made still.

Picture is hot chocolate wow….The worst and slowest dunks ever ordered online 2:37 no one in line at all order made when i got there 2:56… Saturday some younger workers just wow had to repeat my name 3 times and then on window as they were fooling around in store and im seeing it all on the window …. Just the worst

I’ve never gone here and had a drink made correctly or promptly. Not worth paying for garbage. Worst location in hooksett. You mobile order and it takes 10 minutes anyways, and you still get not what you want.

Personally i just feel like you guys are all entitled to yourself. Respect is given where it's received it doesn't matter who or what you are. whether you're behind a counter or not. I personally love all the workers here i've never had a problem with any of them and you guys also have to understand that there's never very many people working at this store at once, 1-3 people can only do so many orders in a short amount of time. and having customers who are always yelling or always have a problem with something is very stressful this is not a 5 star restaurant where the waiter has to be respectful cause they live off tips. Remember this next time you want to write a review or give a worker a hard problem when there's no need to get mad or have any problems really over a coffee and donut and some food. you never know what kind of day someone is having.

Honestly shocked I still try and go to Dunkin’ Donuts. They consistently have terrible service. I had to wait in a drive through of three cars for 20 minutes to get a wake up wrap. I’ve been to so many Dunkin’s and this is my far the worst in area. People who had already ordered started leaving because the workers were taking so long, two cars ahead of me and six cars behind me (in the total of the 20 minutes) left the drive through line.

Disgusting. Just standing at the counter you can see dust and grease on all their equipment. They obviously do not clean, and management does not care nor attempt to enforce standards of cleanliness. The employees were eating at the counter as I was waiting for my food. Yes, the counter with the cash register. Sitting on his phone and eating a sandwich.

Both times I've walked in for service, I'm not even acknowledged so I go to a better dunkin down the road. Terrible service!

I was standing at the corner for a good 5 minutes and NO ONE in sight. So I got in my car to go through the drive thru. I figured it would be faster. Had to honk my horn. Asked for hot decaf but was out. But had iced decaf?‍♂️I ordered decaf for my brother in law who has cerebral palsy. I got FULL CAFFEINATED!!!! That can kill him. The rest of the order was black tea not green tea and cheese on the sandwich not melted. And I was the only one there. They spend more time lollygagging on there phone or smoking butts than paying attention to the people that pay their paychecks. It’s no wonder the donut selection is full EVERY NIGHT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT! The staff sucks!!!

Asked for ice coffee with skim, for whatever reason they handed it to us in a HOT coffee cup & didn't appear to have any skim added.2nd drink was just as awful. Sorry won't return to this location for Dunkin donuts. On a plus side the gas is always cheap!! So that's very much
