I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, and when I got home with them and took my first bite was shocked to find no cheese. I checked the second one, and no cheese on that one either. How do you not put cheese on either one? It's in the name of the sandwich!!! I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. They were too busy talking about locking the doors early forcing everyone to use drive thru.

I feel bad for my customer. I'm glad they were understanding after what happened to me. Ps I'm not sure if this is the right Dunkins but I'm not quitting. Manage your customers. And I'ma post this else wear too if it's in hooksett. My poor customer š„²

When ordering online for pickup you food is supposed to be put in the pickup area so you can pick it up. I waited 15 minutes to find out my food had been ready and getting cold for an unknown length of time

AVOID, there are multiple Dunkins within 5 minutes, this place is absolutely heinous. They take SO long to do the simplest tasks, they're always miserable, they totally and completely prioritize the drive thru just to make their times look better but the issue is, everytime I go thru the drive thru the mess up the easiest orders, I'm telling you guys this is the most inept dunkins I've ever seen.

I went here this past Saturday. A 10 minute trip took 30 minutes. I almost left. The drive thru line was super long. I went inside no line. It took 10 minutes to order a Cinnamon Raison bagel with cream cheese. I counted 6 employees working. The manager or team lead was working hard trying to get her team to function. Her team was a bunch slugs with the exception of the bagel guy. Her staff seemed to have lack of work ethic. I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts or the one in Pembroke next to Sullys they suck too.
I use this dunks regularly. In the early morning the walk in pick-up is great. Any other time it's not. The floors are dirty and sticky and the mobile orders are slow and don't get priority over drive thru. Do yourself a favor and just drive past this location

Every time I get a sandwich from Dunkinā Donuts, I can look them dead in the eyes say I want American cheese and they give me Swiss. when I DoorDash, I make sure to put American cheese into right wherever I can please American American not Swiss and again they put Swiss how hard is it to just look read what people want and make it correctly. This is something that happens at Dunkinā Donuts all the time all you have to do is pay a little more attention, Iāve worked in the food industry. Itās really not that hard.

Iām not one who writes reviews but our experience we had this morning at about 5:20am was a little disturbing and unappetizing: Me and my girlfriend have usually had very few issues with this specific location, but this one topped any ālittleā issue. We go almost every day spending a little over $100 per week for our work lunch breaks as itās the only dunkinās open thatās closest to our work. Upon ordering an iced coffee and a frozen drink (that was not made the way it should have been made - we didnāt make any deal about it and just took it). However, when my girlfriend stirred the sugar at the bottom of her iced coffee and took a sip through the straw, she noticed that it was not clumped sugar that entered her month, but instead 4 medium sized black ants. After noticing this, we did end up going back to inform them of what happened. Just a reminder of anyone going to this location around this day, there were ants in the sugar (7/13/24).

Seems like dunkins I have turned into waiting ten mins for a donut and ice coffee is normal. The one I went to recently had four employees and two were running drive through and two running counter but two of the four were talking the whole time while six ppl waited in line and one walked out after waiting for more than ten mins to get an order in, and I also waited about the same just to wait another ten for my iced coffee. Doesn't seem like they want to get people out fast like they use to, no sense of urgency when making orders sad because I like dunks donuts. Don't let my review sway you seems like this is at all of them now a days.
