This is by far one on the best Dunkin's in NH. The staff is friendly fast and efficient. All things needed to make a welcoming atmosphere.

We frequent this Dunkin’s and usually have absolutely no problems. Food is always great, service is always great. However this morning we are greeted at the speaker box with a female worker that was very blunt and not very friendly approaching with “what do you want” and then when it took us not even a minute to answer back she repeated herself even sharper. Then when we got to the window she just said our total and in a very non caring voice asked how our day is going but said nothing in return to our response but to go to the next window. There we basically get our sandwich thrown at us metaphorically speaking with barely any words. When ordering we asked for no whip on one of the drinks and she just snapped at us saying that it automatically comes with whip. My coffee tastes absolutely disgusting and nothing like what it usually tastes like and usually I have no problems. We waited on a donut at the second window for so long and no one came to ask what we were waiting for. Over all bad experience. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin’s.

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, and when I got home with them and took my first bite was shocked to find no cheese. I checked the second one, and no cheese on that one either. How do you not put cheese on either one? It's in the name of the sandwich!!! I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. They were too busy talking about locking the doors early forcing everyone to use drive thru.

I feel bad for my customer. I'm glad they were understanding after what happened to me. Ps I'm not sure if this is the right Dunkins but I'm not quitting. Manage your customers. And I'ma post this else wear too if it's in hooksett. My poor customer 🥲

When ordering online for pickup you food is supposed to be put in the pickup area so you can pick it up. I waited 15 minutes to find out my food had been ready and getting cold for an unknown length of time

AVOID, there are multiple Dunkins within 5 minutes, this place is absolutely heinous. They take SO long to do the simplest tasks, they're always miserable, they totally and completely prioritize the drive thru just to make their times look better but the issue is, everytime I go thru the drive thru the mess up the easiest orders, I'm telling you guys this is the most inept dunkins I've ever seen.

I went here this past Saturday. A 10 minute trip took 30 minutes. I almost left. The drive thru line was super long. I went inside no line. It took 10 minutes to order a Cinnamon Raison bagel with cream cheese. I counted 6 employees working. The manager or team lead was working hard trying to get her team to function. Her team was a bunch slugs with the exception of the bagel guy. Her staff seemed to have lack of work ethic. I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts or the one in Pembroke next to Sullys they suck too.

I use this dunks regularly. In the early morning the walk in pick-up is great. Any other time it's not. The floors are dirty and sticky and the mobile orders are slow and don't get priority over drive thru. Do yourself a favor and just drive past this location
