If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, and i’m sure others in the reviews could agree as well. Just by reading the top 3 reviews, I didn’t even need to go any further to realize the whole place and management is just a dump in general. When I came here at exactly 10:40 this morning I had one of the most worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I pulled up to the speaker and politely began placing my order for an egg and cheese wake-up wrap. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady employee cut me off and yelled, “I’mma need you to speak up — like all the way up — you’re too quiet.” Just too loud and obnoxious for me. It’s almost that I could feel her spit coming out of the speaker. I was taken aback, but I raised my voice and continued ordering. Each time I tried to finish what I was saying, I felt rushed or talked over. When my order was finally taken, the employee ended the interaction with a very sarcastic “Have a fantastic day,” which made the situation feel even more hostile.At that point, I was uncomfortable enough that I decided not to pick up my food at all. When customer service and management is that unprofessional and aggressive, it makes you question the safety and care behind anything being handed to you. I understand your working in the morning and your being paid under minimum wage. But you chose this job. Atleast act a little humble.

Monday night 12/8/25. Pulled in at 740pm to get a hot chocolate. Saw a girl inside who also looked right at my car. Per the website and door they close at 8pm. Didn’t answer the drive thru and doors were locked. Trash location!

Second day in a row im given the wrong coffee. This time they didnt even try. The screen showed my correct coffee. This coffee is black with nothing. Extremely upset when im heading to work second day inna row and have to throw out yet another coffee i paid for.

I don’t understand I’ve been in the line since 330. It’s 341 now all I ordered was hashbrowns and a hot coffee. Why am I still in line? I read these reviews trying to understand why people praise this. Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s a bunch of rude people all the time at the window never smiling always has an attitude and then when you’re waiting at the window, they look at you like you’re crazy when you’re waitingfor an item that you purchased through them I come here every day to and from work this is ridiculous.

The customer service here is horrible!! If you want to be rushed, not get your order, and be verbally abused come here. The people here have absolutely no customer service skills and are completely miserable!! Don’t even make the mistake to ask for the manager unless you want to deal with unwarranted aggression.

I ordered and the woman taking my order was extremely rude and apathetic. Then, when I approached the window, I realized I had forgotten to put an apple fritter on my order and asked them if they could add it on. The woman immediately and aggressively said no. I asked again, kindly, because it was for my child and it was just a donut. I was fully willing to pay, even if it meant paying for it after checking out my previous order, but again she said absolutely not, and started to get increasingly aggressive. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to speak with someone who was less agitated, but the manager was just as rude and told me to pay for my food and leave, because there was a line wrapped around the building, which there was not. I could not believe the lack of people skills and disrespectful behavior from the staff, but also the manager who was supposed to be in charge. I’ve worked in customer service, I know it’s stressful, but that doesn’t mean you should be taking it out on your customers. This group of staff either needs retraining on people skills, because this is not the first time I’ve dealt with aggression from this rotation of people, or a complete replacement.

Been coming to this Dunks for several years. My daughter says it is the fastest Dunks on the planet !! For real - the drive through is super fast and very accurate with orders.

Customer service was disappointing at the window

Inconsistent experience. Have stopped here regularly but after 6 cars passed while waiting at second window for sandwich today & required drink remake a few weeks back, will go elsewhere.
