I went in to order people we're standing around waiting for the food and / or coffee, The person waiting on you just got into a are with some gentle man. I believe it is her boyfriend. Then you have people standing around or on their phones, They have a manager vappinag in the by the ice maker. Her husband's hanging around. They need more people on the front counter because they have too many on drive throw they trip over themselves. They also use languages that sound not in public. They watch t.v on their phone and screw around when management is not their

Very kind and honest gentleman working the window this morning. Gave an extra $5 on accident and he made sure to return it to me instead of pocketing like most would. Coffee is also always made perfect at this location!

By far the best Dunkin’s I have gone to. The staff are friendly and courteous! Orders are always done how it is asked. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.

I go through the drive thru almost every Monday-Friday around 7:30 am. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accurate. I haven’t had better service at any other Dunkins ever, anywhere and I’ve been to a lot of Dunkins.
