I love this place and I am extremely saddened that they are closing the store at the end of January. This place has been a staple in the community for many many years

Delicious fresh chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff!

A little pricey, as most specialty shops are, but I love their extensive inventory and available chocolates... and especially their molds, for just about any occasion you might need. They are also very helpful, especially if you are not sure of what you "exactly" might want... they have wonderful suggestions!As a side note... clerks at specialty shops are sometimes a bit snooty. Here though, I have found them easy to chat with... and I don't get the d*** look if there is something unfamiliar to me. More than once a clerk has patiently explained, while NOT making me feel d*** (even when it was painfully obvious ? ?)

So happy they brought back the classes. Had so much fun at the gingerbread workshop. Such a wide variety of things to purchase for all your decorating needs as well. Eatons is always my first stop.

If it weren't for the fact that they were out of stock on some of what I needed the would get a 5. The staff was friendly and helpful and their prices in the items I wanted were lower than Amazon.

Lovely shop...Everything you could want for chocolate work and cake decorating...They even offer decorating classes....they were very helpful with our project and answered all our questions.

I needed a certain chocolate mold to decorate a cake for a friend. I called everywhere in Mass, and NH. Eatons not only had the only mold in stock, they put aside for me until I drove to get it from Boston. And the prices were similar as what you find online after you pay shipping on Amazon or Ebay or Ebay. Once you walk into Eatons, you are surrounded by all childhood joys. It is set up beautifully. All decked out for Thanksgiving. But very classy! The staff is extraordinary. They know their stuff. They were very helpful when I asked several questions. And they asked if I had any questions. Then at the last few minutes before we checked out, we thought we would buy one cashew turtle. It was not only huge, about the size of a fist, it was absolutely delicious. Exceptional, delicious, and I can't wait to go there again. SOON I hope.

Have anything you may need for any baking or candy making you may do. Ladies are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Their classes have become very popular and fill up fast.
