Had I known that you use door dash, I would not have placed an order. A $7/delivery charge on top of tax and tip. Spend $22-23 in food with a final charge of $39 is ridiculous.

absolutely terrible service and staff ordered a meatball sub and fries for my lunch break places 30 min prior when i arrived there were people waiting and complaining as well i waited an additional 25 min in the place then i finally got my food and my sub was ice cold ice ice cold fries were ok but my main meal ice cold i don’t recommend business here

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews lately. So I thought I throw a good one their way, because it was good. The pizza was great… thin crust, great sauce, appropriate amount of toppings and cooked perfectly.

The staff seem a little distant. But if you engage them in conversation and find something relatable to talk about, they warm up, particularly the younger generation.

They seem a little disorganized in that they don’t know how to manage multiple customers efficiently. Also, I’ve seen staff wearing sandals - they need to stop that before they are tagged by the DPH and/or OSHA

Worst Roastbeef 3 way I’ve prob ever had.
Overcooked beef, almost zero bbq sauce, and mayo, definitely under new management or something. Super mediocre.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! we picked up two ham and cheese subs to enjoy at the lake —ONE PIECE OF HAM- couldn’t taste the ham and cheese - it tasted like a vegetable grinder

Delivery has become an absolute atrocity, since they partnered with uber eats. Deliveries almost an hour later than anticipated, almost two hours in total on a week night. We called the store first and they blamed the website, then spoke to the driver and they blamed the store.

Food arrived cold and soggy. Overall a disappointment. We have been ordering from this location for years, but after two sub par experiences we will take our business elsewhere.
