Delivery has become an absolute atrocity, since they partnered with uber eats. Deliveries almost an hour later than anticipated, almost two hours in total on a week night. We called the store first and they blamed the website, then spoke to the driver and they blamed the store.

Food arrived cold and soggy. Overall a disappointment. We have been ordering from this location for years, but after two sub par experiences we will take our business elsewhere.

Thank you! Hope this helps!

Pizza was great - service was a little slow but they were busy

The old owners were great. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Didn’t come with garlic bread or broccoli, still charged me $14 …. Taste is terrible. Save your money.

Added photo of garlic bread and what we received after ordering the chicken parm pasta. Does not look anything like the advertised spaghetti noodles and chicken breast in their stock photo. We received rigatoni noodles with cut up chicken.
Also pictured is roast beef sandwich I pulled off the cheese pickles and tomato.

Average Italian chain restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Nothing to brag about. Prices aren't the best for the quality you get

Love their pizzas, cuz. They're nice and thin. It remind me of a place that used to be in Rochester that went out of business and their French fries are awesome. I don't know what they do to them, but they have such a good flavor and a nice crunch that lasts

I am a long time Giovanni's customer, but first time getting food from the Hooksett location. My go to is the chicken kabob salad with their amazing house dressing.
Other locations give you 3 grilled, marinated chicken tenders. I got a small portion of chopped up, low quality chicken on mine. It might have equated to one diced up tender. The dressing is not the same as the other locations by any means. We buy this dressing by the pint from the Nashua location, it's that good. They also don't use the same kind of feta on the salad which consisted of half wilted iceberg lettuce, a slice of cucumber, 2 cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots and 2 kalamata olives.
With all of the negative reviews you would think they would make some changes, but I guess not.
I will never order food from this location again.

I have never given a poor review, so here's my first. Customer service is terrible. They claim their standard calzones come with sauce, but when you order a calzone with any kind of topping, you will receive a sauce-less, dry, cheesy bread--which is not specified when ordering. Management is unapologetic to such cases and will not remake your order. Instead, they cite the menu, stating you need to specifically request sauce on calzones, contradictory to them saying sauce comes standard. Menu is nowhere to be found on the website.

Vastly different experience from the Manchester location, indicating poor management structure & quality control.

CHECK YOUR CC OR BANK STATEMENT! This place adds additional Costs To every bill. It appears they ADD their own tips. We have caught them 3 times now.And every time they say it's a mistake But must be their way of making Extra money. Since the new owners have taken over the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant has gone very downhill.

We ate at the Giovanni's in Hooksett on a regular bases for 10 years when it was the previous owner and the food and service was always great.
Since then we have tried it 3 times with the new owner and are extremely disappointed and will never return again.
The language barrier with the entire staff being foreign is difficult
They are rude when placing an order and seem to be bothered when you walk up to the counter.
The quality of the food and service is terrible and the portions are much smaller while charging more.
The cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms is poor and the tables are never cleaned after the previous guest.
They were caught adding money on at-least 3 occasions to the bill after the CC form was filled out and signed.
This place should be shut down and is a disappointment to the Giovanni's name.

The staff was friendly but the food was terrible. Ordered take out and one of the things I got was their grilled chicken kabob calzone. It was just cheese and chicken, nothing else. It is supposed also to have feta, tomato’s, onions, and house dressing. Can’t recommend going to any other location more.

Just ordered a turkey club SUB. I got a weird sloppily built SANDWICH with buttered and grilled bread, with no turkey in it. This is the worst sandwich I’ve ever been served. The atmosphere felt beat; like a failing restaurant. They offered me another sandwich, but I don’t want it. I don’t think this place will be in business long, I’ll never go back. Do better! So disappointed. How do you make a turkey sub with no turkey, and no sub roll. Also, language barrier which I normally don’t mind, but given all the other issues, it just added to a lousy experience. I never write reviews but I just spent $15 for nothing. FAIL
