We did delivery from here tonight waited well over an hour for 3 sandwiches. When the food finally came it was all cold and soggy. I ordered the super pastrami sandwich when it showed up it only had meat on it and came with a soggy roll. I will not be ordering food from here again. Very

The size of a large sub is so small. Could not understand the person taking my order, but they were very pleasant.

Food is consistently bad at this location. They should take a trip over to Londonderry and take some notes on how Giovannis food should taste, especially if they want to stay in business. My wife and I grabbed a couple of subs for lunch today. My wife ordered the chicken kebab sub, but when we got home it was made with steak and not chicken. She called to let them know and the employee said "it's not possible you got the wrong order, because another customer would have complained that they got the wrong order and they didn't". She offered to send them a pic to show it was wrong but they didn't take her up on that, so posting it here instead along with the receipt showing that chicken was ordered. What kind of customer service is it to blame your customer for being wrong?

Food was not good. Got the Buffalo tender dinner. The tenders were over cooked and tasted burnt, they gave off a bad smell and was dripping grease and watered buffalo sauce. The onion rings were too greasy. Could not finish eating. Had an order of sweet potato fries and they seemed to be seasoned with salt and sugar, also tasted bad. Definitely not going back

This location is awful. They clearly don’t stick with the recipes or quality of the other locations which is too bad because I’ve enjoyed Giovanni’s for many years in Londonderry and Methuen and was happy to see one in Hooksett when I moved to the area. sadly, it’s so bad in the Hooksett location that it’s not worth going to. I got a super roast beef recently which was dry and the roast beef was grey (no color). The kebob salad was a joke for the price and not fresh like the ones at other Giovannis. I’ve been 5+ times thinking it will be better next time but it never is. Do better, you’re not representing the brand well and should be ashamed of the food you’re putting out.

$21 bucks for a chicken breast burried under dry rice. In a styrophom clamsshell takeout box....wrapped in metal. Goddammit, the chicken was really good. Juicy, flavorful. Not worth the wait or the price, I'd rather dirty a hexclad and do it myself...with a $.99 cent packet of saffron rice.

Definitely one of the better pizzas we have had in NH. Toppings are from m edge to edge with a generous amount of cheese. Red sauce was well seasoned. We would come back again. Service was polite, we got this to-go. The place looks tidy, pretty quaint.

Ordered a large Roast Beef sub tonight. Got home and didnt get through two bites before I threw it away. Not fresh at all and had an odd taste. Hope i dont get food poisoning. I had to repeat my order several times to the girl behind the counter because she was on her cell phone taking a personal call. Poor business practice.

Club sandwich is not a regular club. It more like a cheese burger on bread. No mayonnaise it. The tomatoes had nasty taste. Fries little salty. Value you pay you not be happy. The best thing service is very friendly. The roast beef sandwich it ok at the best.
