What diner. 100% closed.
Absolutely wonderful! Nice varied menu and high quality food, especially for a roadside deli! I had the Apple, fig, and Brie grilled cheese. Stellar!
In the Hooksett Welcome Center the Common Man Roadside and the Hi-Way Diner are about 20 feet apart. These restaurant are owned by the same people. However you can order a tuna melt sandwich at the Hi-Way Diner and pay $9.00 for a sandwich and chips. The exact same sandwich without chips is available at the Common Man Roadside for $8.50. Since it is the same people that own both restaurants why do I have to buy $2.50 bag of chip when I can get the same thing for $0.50 more right across the hall. I have never had an issue with the food at any of the Common Man family of restaurants and I've been to several of them throughout New Hampshire. The fact I can get more for less is not customer friendly especially when it's only 20 feet away.
Nice place for a pit stop to stretch your legs while traveling. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Lots of area travel info and knowledgeable staff who know the area. No chain eateries here. Whether you need a meal or a quick snack this is the place to stop.
Good breakfast. Some retail opportunities.
Just a nice place to eat at . Cashier has quite a sense of humor . Always stop there when we go on a road trip up north
Outstanding grilled chicken club sandwich plus a generous helping of fries all in about 5 or 10 minutes. Really hit the spot.
Great "stick to your ribs" food. Quick and friendly service.
We have always stopped here to get food and drink as we pass through, but always bought bottled drinks to date. Today we went for the fresh brewed iced tea, and while it was tasty it was NOT worth over $4 each!!! That is highway robbery plain and simple, and quite frankly it's repugnant. We dine at Common Man Restaurants and they aren't charging that for tea there, and there's absolutely no reason to be charging that for water and tea leaves here or anywhere. Will be sure to stop at Dunkin' next time for a bigger tea that costs half the price.
I love this place, I don't get to stop there often but it is a breath of fresh air. Not one fast food joint, no McCrap, no Burger King, no Pizza hut or Wendy's. Everything ordered is cooked in front of your face, there is an amazing diner to one side and an even more amazing deli on the other. Please don't change the way this great service area is run.
