It's definitely not a 5 star restaurant, but it's not supposed to be. It's KFC and Taco Bell.
I've regulared the spot after work for awhile now so I thought I'd leave my thoughts.
The normal staff are friendly, usually alittle tired, but they're constantly understaffed so all working beyond usual hours.
The food isn't always quick to get, but they get it to ya still fresh and very rarely have gotten it wrong. When they do, they've been respectful about correcting the mistakes.
Facilities are kept decently clean, no real complaints. Just wish the Taco Bell app worked with this location for points and rewards.

Over cooked french fries that taste like they've been sitting out for hours forgot all the sauces for 2 chicken tender boxes 1 of which I'd Nashville hot tenders are tiny I used to love kfc but after this horrible experience never again

I was going to eat in the dining room but it was absolutely freezing in there even with a jacket on, also ordered a 12pc nugget and only got 10. Had to ask for the side and drink that were supposed to come with my combo meal and every drink I tried was running out of syrup and warm coming out of the machine. I will absolutely not come back to this location.

Great place to go if you want to get stuck in the drive thru for 25 mins to get shorted half the food you ordered. Place is always absolute trash. Will be back lol

After sitting in the Drive thru for 20 Minutes, I had to drive up to the window myself, only to be told the Drive through was closed. ON A SATURDAY DURING NORMAL DINNER HOURS. The food is completely horrible, every time I go there they disappoint time and time again. IM NEVER GOING BACK.

Made an order online. Wait 40 minutes to go the store. Dinet is closed, drive thru is 10 cars deep and not moving. Call the store for my mobile order because the whole point is to not wait in the drive thru for it. Spend another 25 minutes parked outside, waiting for them to walk the order that should've already been done out the front door they they locked early. Worthless waste of time.

Every visit to this restaurant is the same problem the manager is on duty but not out front the clerk is helpless no quarters no bills no forks to eat your meals with they went to a party store and purchase two bags of spoons because they didn't come in on the truck manager does not have a good attitude for customers should be retrained or replaced period says that I'm harassing them asking for decent service today they could not print me a receipt I asked the manager to see that I got a receipt I asked the manager to see that I got a receipt I don't know what kind of games they're playing here someone in authority needs to look at this place just show up and make an order and see what kind of service you get

They were out of 2 different things...after I paid for them and then I didn't receive the correct meal...which left a puddle of grease in the bottom of the takeout box. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Just stopped in for an after-work bite with a coworker! Ordered a meal and two chicken littles- the guy at the speaker started yelling “can’t a guy eat his meal?!?” We awkwardly pulled forward, paid, received our meal with no spoon, the guy didn’t even move from the spot he was in so I’m not sure what he was missing out on… I work customer service but I don’t think I could ever go out of my way to make a customer feel bad for ordering at a fast food drive thru window…

They make you go inside to pick up online orders now, the food is wrong half the time, and for whatever reason the taco bell has online ordering turned off.

Placed online order, got confirmation and drove there to be told they had no chicken and my order could not be fulfilled. I was offered Taco Bell instead I just asked for my order to be cancelled but was told I needed to call customer service to refund the order they couldn’t fulfill. Talked to GM who told me the health department made them throw was their product for food safety temperature reasons. So much wrong. Go elsewhere.
