Workers are ignorant and have no customer service skills I get it if your overwhelmed with a drive thru line and a line of customers waiting it might take a little extra longer but 45 minutes for 3 things and there was maybe one other person that came in who also waited 30+ minutes for 2 tacos. Do better.

Ive eaten here before and it was ok. Tonight was horrible. The chicken was over cooked to where the crust could almost break teeth. I love salt & this was so salty it made me sick. I ate my meal, my friend just threw his away. I doubt ill return.
Also, it was freezing in the restaurant.

Food was cold and nasty, employees do not speak to customers just complain in the kitchen, store dirty and gross where they keep the Taco Bell sauce packets looks like it has not been cleaned in years packets sticking and sauce crust all over. Had items from both KFC and Taco Bell with the order and all were terrible. Will not be back.

Updated review and believe me don’t ask me why I bothered coming back here. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt updated review August 22, 2025. They don’t know what they are doing. There management is horrible. Some of the workers have no clue between the quality of the food being disgusting And old now they run out of spoons or forks I mean, how does the store manager not see that that’s a problem why wouldn’t they go buy some at the local store to give to paying customers because they don’t care this place is trash. Read the reviews before you waste your time. More money stopping here with these rude people
Aug 1 ..The gentleman at the window in order taker were great. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I try to come here a few times and once the food was good chicken is dry barely any sauce on it. Coleslaw leaves a lot to be desired as well. Try to take your time and make it right and make it fresh and you might have happier customers and more business.

This kfc sucks a rock could probably run this dumpster better. Ok apparently it's a staff problem manager is great she made it right for us
Stopped there this morning on my way home. Manager informed us that her cook was late so it would be a few minutes, which was no issue! Staff was super nice and our food came up quick! Was hot and fresh! Can’t say enough about the staff they were very nice and friendly!

Ordered 2 boxes exactly the same, 5 chicken tender box with 2 sides, went through the drive though, then went and parked the car. Opened our kfc boxes expecting our 5 piece tenders with 2 sides. We found 3 piece fried chicken pieces( think deep fried chicken parts) not tenders like we ordered in both boxes. Eating off bones makes me nauseated. I tried but threw it out the fried chicken chicken. Will Not return here. 2rd time in 3 visits recently we got something other than what we ordered. if you go here, realize you might not get what you ordered or it might not.... :( KFC used too be so good but standards have dropped horribly.

Everytime I go they mess up my order they seem to short change me and I have missing items. I understand being short staffed but, whatever happen to checking the order is complete before handed it off to the customer and if you call the store they tend not to pick up the phone!!
