My husband and I stopped by this location really quick to pick up one single side of mashed potatoes to go with our dinner, and two drinks. They took our order and said it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they said it would be 15-20. We ended up sitting there for almost an hour waiting for two drinks and one order of mashed potatoes. Never going back.

They are slow, They seem to run out of chicken. They take your order and give you the totally wrong thing. Then you say something, and they look at you like what? The manager who was on break had to tell them what to do.

This was the absolute worst DoorDash experience I have ever had. I put in the order around 5:45 and the original ETA for delivery was around 6:30. The restaurant is less than 3 miles away, so that seemed fair. The delivery kept getting pushed out, because KFC failed to fill the order. I am still waiting now and supposedly the dasher is on the way, but this will have been nearly 2 hours since I placed the order. I have zero confidence the food will even be edible. $70 later on crappy fast food and a reminder to NEVER eat at this KFC.If I could give zero stars, I would.

So they constantly false advertise always showing a new freeze drink you cabt have cuz there freeze machine has been broken for a year at least if not longer...I have been trying to get one there all the time when I go almost every Tuesday and it's kinda upsetting more on hot days now...also the service is extremely slow and it's like play rushing rulet cuz u could order one thing and get something completely different....so sad should be making a lot of money... instead they go through employees like they r candy and they hire little kids who don't know how to do anything

I almost never ever write a positive a review especially for a fast food restaurant, but the experience I had was definitely worth taking a second to talk about. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Our order was out within a few minutes and was 100% accurate, hot, and fresh. The staff was very inviting and all though we don’t eat fast food much I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the care you took with us. Best customer service I’ve had in years with fast food.

Simple order. 1 5pc tender with fries and mash and gravy. Then a 3pc chicken box with fries and mash and gravy. 2 things of sause for the tender. I got 5 tenders no sides no sause and then 3pc chicken with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. These people want more money but can’t seem to fulfill simple tasks.
