This McDonalds was breathtaking. My girlfriends and I stopped on a road trip. Were greeted with a warm smile and had our food directly delivered to us. This Mcdonlads is so clean especially the bathrooms! There were even flowers on the tables. Great place!

Consistency is great, but by consistency, I mean consistently forgetting food items or messing up orders... then when you DO get the order, it's half cold, does dried out and obviously been sitting a while. ..

If you wonder why McDonalds is not cheap like it used to be, it is because they have invested in expensive automated technology in every aspect of their operation. Unfortunately when it crashes all phases are automatically shut down leaving customers waiting too long to drive away with cheap low quality food.

Got sick not long after eating from here. Service was extremely slow. No apology for the wafter getting my order wrong the first time. Tables looked like they weren't even wiped down at all. The soda machine was out of ice and was told to just get a drink. I came here on a meal break to get some food. Not long after I had to go home early due to explosive diarrhea multiple time

Put a mobile order through that got charged fully from my card, location was correct and items were available. For some reason they couldn’t pull up the order and make it even though I showed the manager (Blake I believe) the order screen. He proceeded to say “cmon man you’ve been here before” then closed the window without even taking a look at it. Line was at least 8 minutes just to get to the speaker and another 8-10 minutes to get to the second window. Unacceptable service.

Was excited to eat after a long shift at work. Had a mobile drive thru order so got straight in the line past the 2 order speakers. Waited 20 minutes and only moved up 2 spots. Finally just left because we hadn’t moved in 5 minutes.

Yes the drive thru is slow but the food was good. I just HATE the containers that the Mcflurrys come in. A paper box that's flimsy with no cover on it. Please change these useless containers McDonald's!!!

I bring my kids here after haircuts regularly. As usual, you order in the drive-thru and they make you pull to the side, waiting 10-15 mins for your order. So, I figured I would download the app when the haircuts were done. Pull in, enter my spot number… app freezes. Restart app, it says to go inside or in the drive-thru. Talking through the speaker, can’t hear a thing. I pull up, give them the order number listed in the app. They can’t find it, wait for a manager that couldn’t find the order, she turns around and as she’s walking away she says I have to come in. The only reason I go here is for the convenience of not having to lug my kids in. I just drove away at that point, god forbid they asked what I ordered and just made it. They can keep the money that I wasted here. Maybe they can apply it to management training.. Went to the 2287 Brown Ave location, paid AGAIN, and had the fastest and most polite service. Done with this Hooksett location. Queue automated Mcdonalds response….
Terrible terrible terrible. Waste of life sitting in that line. 30 min left without food. Not even a line. This location and probably all will never get my business again.
