The staff is amazing and wicked sweet. I go almost every day and they never fail to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The customer service is certainly why i go so often. I’m not sure of her name but there is a redhead girl who is my favorite she is so lovely and kind. Always makes me smile. 😊

Placed a mobile order for a plain cup of coffee. Showed up 10 minutes after order and they hadn't even started making it. Wasn't that busy (a couple people inside when I got there, when I left not a single person).
Eventually someone asked what I was waiting for which is when it finally got going. It would have been faster to just order there. They processed atleast 5 drive thru orders while I waited. All for a plain cup of coffee.

I come here every morning before work to get my either cappuccino or americano. Always love seeing familiar faces there, and they always make it perfectly. Today they made my grande cappuccino absolutely perfect. Thanks for all your hard work!

these guys take an insane amount of time to give you your drink. You’ll watch them handle 50 cars in the drive-through before they give one person in the store their order absolutely ridiculous if you’re going here before work, I recommend giving it 30 minutes or else they will make you late.
Love this location! Really accessible to other nearby shopping and a really good place to sit and plan out the day, catch up with a friend or get some work done. Staff is friendly. This location can get busy during peak hours but every time I’ve come I have always found a seat and enjoyed my time.

I order my coffee the same at each Starbucks this is literally the only one that has a problem filling the cup up with oat milk for the expresso and not for nothing but I would literally pay more for the extra milk idc but instead they refuse to put the correct amount I don’t understand why they can’t just charge me extra and fill the cup the whole way.

Ordered a grande. Finished the entire thing in 6 sips. The whole thing was filled to the top with ice, how do you expect me to pay $6 for this??? Like there were quite literally only 5-6 sips from the drink, I’m not coming back to this location. The Storrs St location in Concord is better
