It's exactly like all the other Starbucks. Nothing special. Lots of sugar in the drink. Better to know what you want and ask for it than to try to read the menu and figure it out. There are so many things no on the menu for drinking.

Been coming here since I moved to Hooksett last year. The last 3 times they have messed up the size of my drinks and I've had to get them re done at the window. I've paid the same price every time I've come here for 2 bagels and 2 venti drinks. Today, I'm guessing the manager after having to remake my drink tried to tell me I need to order my things correctly. No ma'am you and the staff need to do your jobs correctly. Do not give attitude.

Undrinkable - Frappuccino had so much ice in it I couldn’t drink it, and what liquid I could get was so watered down there was barely any flavor

It was okay, the drinks were loaded with ice so much so, that after a couple of "pulls" the cup was empty, which was disappointing. Very expensive for drinks if you ask me.

Cant complain staff is amazing well most but other than that they really nice. They gotten my drink order right 95% of the time and the wait ain't so bad wether it be drive through or going in the store.

I am a true Starbucks ADDICT & this location is by far the absolute best. I live in Hooksett, but work in Manchester & have family in Exeter & Concord; so I bounce around a lot. I will still drive to THIS location if I'm within the Manchester or Concord area (despite having been to those branches, as well) because Hooksett is just the best one. I get the same coffee every day (sometimes twice a day, judge me!) And it's always made to perfection. The staff are so sweet and service is speedy. That first sip every morning is quite literally what makes me even want to "do the day"; so grateful for this location's effort & service!

Typically never have a problem at this location, but this past Monday drove by around 5:30am to grab a coffee before work and no one says anything at the drive thru so I pull around and park, since I see employees inside and try to go in but the door is locked. All hours posted on the door and online say they open at 5am so I’m not sure what was going on but no signage saying they were opening later or anything and one employee even watched me try to get in and just continued on with what she was doing. A bit annoying to drive somewhere expecting it to be open since the hours posted say they are.
