She stated she was the owner. Absolutely awful service. Ordered a chicken teriyaki and she put what looks like chewed up old rotisserie chicken. Bread was stale. Had ask her to put lettuce 4 times. Worst subway I have ever been too.

The girl with the blue hair was extremely rude and insufferable to be around. She could not do her job properly. I asked for a cup so i can get water and she tried charging me for it. I have never been charged for a water cup in any restaurant or fast food in my life. I will never go back there.

no wifi..i needed to communicate with family about what to order- horrible...then was building a sub,turns out no onions left- NOT EVEN EXTRA just in case... really pissed me off after no cell service; how freakin difficult is it for someone who owns or manages a sandwich shop, TO ANTICIPATE DAILY NEEDS!??... I guess nobody wanted to take a short trip right down the street, to grab a few onions earlier in the day! to solve that problem.. and then of course charge me the whole price ($16) I'm sorry that's just really idiotic!

The people who work here, when they are here, are fine. It's your typical Subway.The problem is that they're never there. I just tried to call five times about a wrong mobile order, no way of getting through. Multiple times I've placed an order, came on time, and the place was closed. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff, but this is ridiculous. I know it's a Subway, but I kinda wanna eat what I paid for.
Online says open till 10 got there at 7 place was closed.. next day ordered a cold cut combo, employee working didn't know what it was, but is on the menu. Had to google it to explain.. never seen subway veggies on the bottom.. 2 other subs ordered were covered in mayo and mustard just a mushy mess. Very disappointed been here several times in the past.

This is the subway inside the Concord Walmart. It's as good as most subways, but no better. Decent subs for the $$$, but not really deserving of any awards.

Arrived at 1:15pm on a Sunday. Checked Online, said they’re open. Drove there with the family, the sign on the window says open. Yet lights were off and doors were locked. By reading the comments now it seems to be a common occurrence. What a shame.

Guy closed at 6 at night when signs and hours online show open until 10 at night. Ridiculous employee does not want to work and just kept going no no no shaking his head. Not sure why such a nice seeming location is unable to adhere to the hours they chose.
Place has open sign on, walk up to door and door was locked. This is the third time trying to get food here. Stay away from this establishment for your own good.
I’ve had such a “mixed bag” with Subway locations in the past that I stopped going to them. I recently have been stopping at this location because it’s close to my work. The ingredients are always fresh and the location is always super clean. It’s honestly the best Subway I’ve ever been to. I plan to continue getting food there on a regular basis!

It’s always closed. When you look it up, it says that it’s open and when you make the drive, you quickly find that is not the case.
