I’ve had such a “mixed bag” with Subway locations in the past that I stopped going to them. I recently have been stopping at this location because it’s close to my work. The ingredients are always fresh and the location is always super clean. It’s honestly the best Subway I’ve ever been to. I plan to continue getting food there on a regular basis!
Went to subway in Hooksett today in the Shaws Plaza. The service was exceptional. Sha'tell made perfects subs and the rolls were fresh and tasty. She has excellent customer service skills and because of this were surely will return. Thank you Sha'tell!
My 6 year old has autism and a sensory conflict with food. They went way above and beyond for him today. He wanted pizza and they didn’t have any, they instead helped him order something else and went above and beyond for him. Separating bacon and cheese into two bowls and giving him half a plain sub roll on the side.
