came in asking for a BMT, asked if it was possible to sub the ham for the turkey and they said they’d actually prefer that because they’re low on ham anyway. I get 3 PIECES of turkey for a foot long sub, we get up to the register where i get hit with a $3 charge for substituting it WITHOUT being informed that there would be any additional charge when i didn’t even get ham on it either.
$17 for a sub with 3 pieces of turkey and a drink, insane

Wish I could rate it a zero. I ordered two foot long sandwiches at 9 pm, said it was processing and then confirmed and said it would be done at 9:20. I get to the restaurant at exactly 9:20 to see that it is closed. I am not sure who is running this establishment but in no way should they #1 be closed before their time on the door (10pm) and #2 have the orders STILL be going through to the restaurant and being CONFIRMED. I tried to call them today, still no answer.

i don’t know if this is normal but this subways meats are always moldy or slimy
The Sub making counter was very dirty. Food containers were mixed with each other. This place also smelled like straight cigarettes. We lost our appetite immediately!

Have ordered a few times from Subway on doordash and every time something goes wrong. First order, they call saying that the store is out of bread and will be canceling the order. Second order, they were out of chicken, green peppers, and onions so will be canceling the order. And finally today, Subway told the dasher that there was no record of the order in their system. The dasher tried to show them the order but Subway refused to make it.

Dom & Abe were absolutely wonderful ! Abe was super friendly & helpful . Dom made the best sub I’ve ever had . Very clean restaurant and really friendly atmosphere with them working !
