Sandwiches just Ok. All tables dirty and the floor needed sweeping. Plenty for the two employees to be doing such as cleaners between customers. Fill napkins up, lids were empty, etc! Who is going to walk in for a sandwich when no one is at the counter to greet them. No excuses with 2 people working.

Store is dirty and out of many items. Soda machine down, no drink with sandwich. No black olives, bottle drink cooler empty, no flatbreads. Server was kind but everything else sucked.

On Aug 13th around 4:10 pm i went for groceries at Walmart. I was on a call and trying to order food the old lady refused to take my order just because i am on call. She said i have to hang up my call otherwise she will not take my order. That the weirdest thing and rudest thing i have ever experienced.

How does one run out of most choices of bread and other normal subway ingredients?
I was so happy to see Rhonda as the manager today! I've always enjoyed seeing her in Derry. She makes a wonderful sandwich...always exactly as I ask! She's friendly and fun and definitely my favorite subway employee!

Stopped by at 845 to get toasted bread because my belly was sour and I felt like I was going to throw up bc I haven’t eaten all day and the lady that came out was so aggressive and agitated that I even came by that I just said nvm and left. Ridiculous, you literally get paid to work not sit in the back and ignore customers that are waiting for BREAD! If I did that at my job I’d be fired, VERY quickly.

I recently visited Subway and was blown away by the excellent customer service provided by Ethan. He greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to my order preferences. He was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my meal was made exactly how I wanted it. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my experience at Subway truly exceptional. Thank you, Ethan, for your outstanding service! I will definitely be returning again. ;-)

it’s hit or miss. if the manager makes your food it will be good, if the regular employees make it you will have ripped bread and they’ll sprinkle your sandwich in the bottom-of-the-bottle condiment farts :(
