I went there today for lunch after running around and doing my errands. I never got a biscuit, which is fine but I also never got silverware. I went into the restaurant and asked them for some and all they had was plastic knives. It’s kind of hard to eat mashed potato, And coleslaw, with a knife. I stood there for 15 minutes before anybody bothered to help me they were in the back laughing

Staff was friendly and got my food quick. Good portions of the meat unlike other Taco Bell’s that barely give you anything. However, no ac in the restaurant. Sweltering hot in there. I hope they pay their employees extra for having to deal with the heat.

Went inside and could tell this place is not very sanitary. Still got something to eat but would not again. Corporate has to come in and do a really good deep clean to this place and fix the ac system. Of course your going to have employees that dont feel comfortable even coming into work if the ac is not working. Should of been fixed on day 2 of it malfunctioning. I mean this is Taco Bell/ KFC right? One of the biggest chains in the US? This just made me not want to go to a fast food restaurant for a long time.

The Mexican pizza was....weird. One crispy flour tortilla and one crispy corn tortilla. And similar to every TB I've been to recently, something was wrong with their ice machine. Apparently, they don't know about regular maintenance of ice machines? Or just piss poor general managers would be my guess. You get what you pay for
