It's an ok experience. Inconsistent but adequate. Staff is either spot on or not with it, depending on the day. They also seem perpetually overwhelmed. The find is usually hot, which is good, but efficiency is usually lacking.

Updated review: Went for dinner late last night. Sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes while right in the parking lot, two groups of teenagers were driving recklessly and acting aggressively. The staff proceeded to ignore me as I tried to get their attention of what was going on in their parking lot, and then I was grumpily handed my food without a word.

It's usually pretty good here but again there's a new team every month trying to make things right but again customer service sucks. Just rushing me out of line. They dont care about their customers. Seems like the ony decent wendys around is in concord nh and methuen salem nh line. Get better help!!! If you need help training let me know. I have a lot of managerial and coaching experience. Be better wendys!
