Pulled up at 11:56 according to my phone and they refused to take my order or acknowledge me at the speaker even though all the lights were on. If you close at midnight , I still had four minutes. I just wanted 2 boring frostys. Sorry to be such an inconvenience

I ask for no cheese every time and 1 get cheese about 80% of the time. It's not worth going to the drive through anymore because I need to park and check my burger every single time because it's almost always wrong

Waited at the drive-thru for 35 minutes at 9:00 at night. Place is run by a bunch of teenagers. One of them was sitting there on her phone texting in the Drive-Thru. When I got my food, finally it was cold and my large fry was half full. I won't go back to that location.

This particular visit was a quick Cinnabon pick up, so the food was ready and waiting. Quick in and out procedure. Thanks for making it fast for me!
Most times I go to this place at night and they would be so high. Thing is my food was hot and I didn't wait long. They seem you have let them go. Now they have that older woman with the white hair and the younger short brown hair woman running things and they are always fighting. Lines wrapped around the building and they are now always out of something. We can see you arguing people. Please bring back the high team. They know how we want our food. I am 100% serious and I am not trying to be funny. I could smell the weed on them and my food was perfect. I get it that this isn't ideal but you jumped the gun by letting them go. New crew is always arguing around 9pm. You are the only fast food place so bring back the old crew.

my husband and i waited 10+ minutes to orders and they never said a word. we left and they instantly took the persons order behind us. if you are busy and need a minute USE YOUR WORDS. never going back there again
