I'm a bride with celiac, my husband has a hazelnut allergy, and 20 of our 49 guests had dietary restrictions, so knew catering for our group was going to be a HUGE task. This catering company is incredible. They are responsive and easy to work with, and chef Emily is a creative wonder in the kitchen! We described what we wanted and she created a unique and elevated menu. Everything tasted delicious and our guests raved about the food! From setup to take down they were true professionals in delivery as well. Thank you Team Brussel!!! Only thing to keep in mind is that we did not get a tasting, as they only had one date available in the year that we were not available for- luckily they surpassed our expectations even without getting to try it first.
