The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work well together and are good at helping customers understand the menu options with patience and professionalism. Their customer service skills are on point. Also, this is one of the cleanest stores I've visited.

Owner!!! What the heck? I just want to pick out my own donuts. I want to look at the donuts and point at them and pick them out. But no. Now she's making me stand at the register in front of a machine to pick out my donuts so you can keep inventory? THAT'S A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE! GOOD FREAKING MORNING.

Delivery truck blocks you in the parking lot for half an hour I'm not kidding! They don't put up cones so you don't park there and get blocked in! Make sure you order using the app so they are more polite and faster. Customers rude there as well. Also didn't offer a receipt so I didn't know the order number that was mine.

I came here for months and grew to know and appreciate the staff. Today I was told I wasn't allowed back due to joking with a staff member. A 'manager', whom I had never seen before, took offense to the joke and said it made the staff uncomfortable. This person had no context for the joke and the staff have never said otherwise (it was a running joke). Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and I hope the staff fairs well under this new 'manager'.

place is a joke. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for one coffee that I ordered at the counter as the Workers just sat there, laughing away, staring at me. They are more concerned with mobile orders than people standing right in front of them. I will never step foot back in this location. also, after waiting that long, still never got my coffee!
Some of the people they hire in there are like the walking dead. If you're that miserable working there, go find another job! of course the owner doesn't care because the money is rolling in for him

Went in at 5am like every morning noticed the girl Delaney throwing things around the food area and throwing racks of nonuts on the counter I asked the girl who took my order why is she having suck a attitude witch come to find out the girl I asked was the manager Delaney then turned her attitude towards me I then got into a verbul argument with her and ended up getting sworn at the next morning I was there at 630 and went to order and Delaney just walked away and refused to take my order so someone else did i had words with her again about her poor customer service went in yesterday she was not there had no problems everyone was present went in this morning was waiting at register one girl was making her own coffee and then walked out back Delaney came to register and said I'm not serving you you need to leave I asked why I hadn't even said a word she said because of your attitude the outher day now I'm not trespass order because of poor customer service I remember the first and only time I ever sworn at a customer at McDonald's because I tried 3 times to fix a person's order and still was not right and I was already clocked out for my lunch I got fired boy has things changed
