I have been coming here every morning since this location opened sometimes more than once a day. They always make the coffees perfect and the rush energy drinks have so many tasty options to choose from and the girls will always give a recommendation or give me a good choice when I ask them to just surprise me with one when I can't make my own decision. The staff is what really makes this place great they always greet you with a smile and seem like they enjoy their job thats what helps keep me going back every morning to start my day with a good drink and great vibes.

So Aroma Joe's lost me as a customer today. I ordered two coffees and tipped $3. One coffee was supposed to be a medium ice with one cream and three sugars. I realized after I left that the coffee had a ton of cream and no sugar. I went back to exchange it as the same order and got it with no sugar again AND the coffee was over filled so coffee was between the lid and the cup so when I went to taste it I got it all over my shirt and my my seat belt. It's not funny. People don't like this type of service or behavior. I guess this is what happens when you allow your business to be run by children. Hey, Aroma Joe's. FIX IT

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and stress-free. An employee, Avery, greeted me with a warm smile through the window and got my order just right the first time. I barely had to wait, and my food (or order) was hot, fresh, and exactly as requested. What really stood out was how friendly and professional he seemed. Even during what seemed like a busy time, he stayed upbeat and made the whole interaction feel personal. This location clearly values customer service, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant drive-thru experience!

1 star for my significant other for getting me hooked on aroma joes, 5 stars for this aroma joes. The drinks are always made how we like them and the few times we get food in the morning it’s always been hot and good! I specifically want to give a shout out to your barista Grace on Saturday morning this past weekend. It was 6:30 ish in the morning on a day that we both knew was going to be taxing and awful, filled with sadness still bleeding over from the week before, but when we got our drinks and food we opened up our bag to something completely unexpected. Such a warm heartfelt note that over the next 500 miles we drove on Saturday, we couldn’t stop talking about it. It now lives in my car right next to the picture of my partner and our pup cup obsessed pooch. Grace, thank you for the kind words, you had no idea what you single handedly did to help lift our spirits even just a little!
