Restaurant closes at 7:00, 10:00 to 7:00 I'm sitting at the drive-thru with my mobile order ready. I was ignored. I was already charged on my bank account. 6:58 I drive around to the drive-thru window. They turn the lights out. Still not 7:00. Meanwhile I'm starving, trying to get something to eat because of a family emergency. There's a lovely Dairy Queen not too far. Far better food because it's available, I'd go there if I were reading this.

Horrible. Drive through attendant asked "Anything else?" With a sigh and sissy attitude after every single item requested. They didn't have any sides at all. Yes I said it, none no mozzarella sticks, no chicken fries, no regular fries, and no buggies. And of course it took Fiveever.... that's one more than forever in case you don't know. On top of that don't attempt to go through there in a larger truck.

18-Dec-2023 2:15 p.m. ETOn this day we were in the middle of a nor'easter, wind blowing, deluge of rain coming down. Went to this location after ordering online. There was a problem with the online order so I had to talk to someone about it first.I parked in the rear, ran to the back door, it was locked without a sign on it. Ran back to the car, drove around to the front, ran to the front door in the rain, it was locked without a sign on it. No signage anywhere other than hours of operation - closing at 10:00 p.m.. There was one car in the front parking lot near where I parked and the place was lit up.Ran back to the car (I am now completely drenched from the downpour), went to the drive-thru. Looking inside, it looked vacant. I leaned on the car horn. A woman came from out back with the drive-through headset on her head.I asked her why the doors were locked, she said in her broken English "only drive-thru." I asked to see a manager, she said there "no manager." I asked if she could help with the online order issue that I was having, she said she could not. She told me I would have to go around the drive through again and reorder.This garbage location has gone downhill to its lowest point. No signage about only drive-thru? One employee on site with no manager? Unacceptable. I will never, ever come back to the Hudson, NH location again. And now I have to go to my credit card company to get my money back for an order I never received.

Ordered doordash and waited 40 mins to be told that bk is closed at 430 in the afternoon for no reason and my order cannot be completed and now I'm on lunch break and don't have anything to eat because it's gonna take too long to order something else and it get here in time. If your closed then put that on doordash it's so easy all u do is tap a screen and bam but you'd rather waste people's time and not do your job
