Great margaritas flow freely at California Burritos Mexican Grill in Hudson. Rebranding to “Cali B” and doubling the facility in size by acquiring the neighboring unit has done quite nicely for them, and they have upped their game remarkably since first opening about 10 years ago. That said, Cali B is not quite the traditional Mexican restaurant featuring creative culinary cuisine. And that’s fine; it’s not supposed to be. It’s more like a large step above a Moe’s or a Chipotle, with a full bar, plenty of TVs to watch sports, nice atmosphere, and generally better food and food options. Very much recommended.

Love California Burritos! Fast, fresh food and friendly staff. Their online ordering system is a little funny (you have to call and then they'll text you a link to the online site) but easy to use once you get there. Try the pupusas, you won't be disappointed!

My first time here. It was Thursday evening and it was packed with a line out the door! Still not too bad of a wait though. Service was great and fast. The employees were really working hard. Lively amd pleasant atmosphere. I am undecided if they are as good as Chipotle, but I think it's because I need to switch up the ingredients I chose ☺️ So that's on me lol The husband thinks they are better. Everything was super super fresh. Their tacos look amazing. I will definitely be going back.

We didn't want to go in this place right away because it was empty when we got there, but we did anyway. But everyone was so nice, and the food was great. The happy workers came from El Salvador, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Honduras. Someone in the business may have made us a wonderful, authentic pupusa for just three dollars, which is a great deal. The place was packed with people when we left.

Have been visiting this place few times now. Food is really good. Helpful and friendly staff. I like their soft tacos and burrito bowl. The loaded fries are amazing. We requested to make it vegetarian and they did it for us. Generally has good crowd. Definitely recommend this place.
