Great margaritas flow freely at California Burritos Mexican Grill in Hudson. Rebranding to “Cali B” and doubling the facility in size by acquiring the neighboring unit has done quite nicely for them, and they have upped their game remarkably since first opening about 10 years ago. Love California Burritos! Fast, fresh food and friendly staff. Their online ordering system is a little funny (you have to call and then they'll text you a link to the online site) but easy to use once you get there. Try the pupusas, you won't be disappointed!
My first time here. It was Thursday evening and it was packed with a line out the door! Still not too bad of a wait though. Service was great and fast. The employees were really working hard.
