waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes for an order. line was backed up to the road. turns out they only had 2 people working. got home and one sandwich was missing, one had a piece of paper in it, and one was not made properly. tried calling and they weren't answering. tried using dd app customer service chat and that appears to not be an option anymore. so here is my review. should have just closed
update on 11/16/25: went through drive-thru again (only a few cars in line this time) and ordered a bacon & egg bagel sandwich with no cheese for my daughter. we drove off and, while on route 3, she discovered that the sandwich had bacon and cheese, but no egg! we ended up pulling off the highway to find another dunks to get her another sandwich. this used to be a solid place, but we'll have to find a different go-to now.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location Hudson NH for a long time and used to get my favorite coffee here almost every day. Unfortunately, over the last few months, the coffee quality has become awful!!! It’s now full of cream — it doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore! It feels like I’m drinking a cup of cream with just a sip of coffee added. It’s really disappointing because this place used to be great, but it seems like they’re trying to save on coffee instead of caring about their customers. Nowadays, I go to another Dunkin’ where the coffee tastes just the way I like it.

This place has to be the worst dunkin in the state. Never have hot food, just donuts and coffee, yet still have to wait 20 mins for a coffee when they can't make food. I get the understaffed aspect nowadays, but it's been so long now for this location. This is on the owner of this location. HARD PASS on this location... save the headache and waste of your time. If you want the experience just turn on your car and sit still for 20 mins if you're into that.

I’d give it zero if I could. Over half an hour wait for 2 donuts. I was the only car in line when I got there and ended up having to leave without my food because the wait was so long. 3 people in there making online orders and nobody could take the 30 seconds to hand me the two donuts I’m staring at through the window? The claim it’s a staffing issue. There’s three people in there. It’s not a staffing issue it’s a competence issue

I usually try to be patient, but this Dunkin’ is honestly one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here, it takes forever to get my order, theres almost no food, there are usually only a few workers, and most of the time they just stand around or move super slowly like they don’t care. They also randomly close early when they feel like it, and i see people outside the store waiting for their food. At first, I thought maybe I was just catching them on bad days, but it’s every single time. The lines are long, and even if there aren’t many people, it still takes around 30 minutes to get a simple drink or breakfast sandwich. I eventually started using mobile orders to try to save time and I’d order about half an hour before showing up but even then, my order was never ready when I got there. It wouldn’t even be on the counter, and I’d have to wait another 10–15 minutes while they slowly made it. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’ve stopped coming here altogether because it’s just not worth wasting almost an hour for coffee.
They really should shut off the option for walk in orders on the app if they’re going to keep the doors locked and force people to wait in the drive thru. And more often than not the orders come out wrong anyways.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’s but it is awful now!!!!! I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. When I got to the window I asked why it took so long. The kid looked confused and said “I don’t know the manager isn’t here today so it’s unorganized”. You should probably have a manager on duty on a busy Sunday morning! When I got my breakfast sandwich it was burnt to a crisp and I couldn’t even bite it. Awful service and awful food. Do not go here you will wait forever for terrible food and drinks!!!!

Went here one night and got the best hash browns I’ve ever had in a Dunkin Donuts. Perfectly hot and crispy and fresh out the machine , and not cold and soggy and reheated or whatever like a lot of other Dunks locations. 2 weeks later I decided to go back for more hash browns, and again they were perfect. The young guy working the window was super nice and he was working hard inside the shop. I can only speak for week nights, I havent been here in the morning.
Also anyone who leaves a 1 star review because the cashier “didnt smile at them” or whatever, should do everyone else a favor and just stay at home
Vegetarian options: Hash browns, bagels, non dairy milks and creamers, hummus, peanut butter. Maybe more but unsure
