Went here one night and got the best hash browns I’ve ever had in a Dunkin Donuts. Perfectly hot and crispy and fresh out the machine , and not cold and soggy and reheated or whatever like a lot of other Dunks locations. 2 weeks later I decided to go back for more hash browns, and again they were perfect. The young guy working the window was super nice and he was working hard inside the shop. I can only speak for week nights, I havent been here in the morning.
Also anyone who leaves a 1 star review because the cashier “didnt smile at them” or whatever, should do everyone else a favor and just stay at home
Vegetarian options: Hash browns, bagels, non dairy milks and creamers, hummus, peanut butter. Maybe more but unsure

I wish the staff could be more consistent on how they make my coffee. I get it the same every time but does not often come out right. Mostly skimping on things.

The food was fine, however I wanted to make a complaint and didn't know where else to reach out. One of the employees who I had formerly known outside of work, named david, we no longer talk, is suddenly asking my family members about me and getting way too personal with me and my family as we come in, they've asked my grandmother about me and it's seemingly fine and then just somehow gets worse as they'll side eye or stare at me while I'm in the store and it's making it uncomfortable to go in anymore. I've had good food and usually good service but this makes it a little more than uncomfortable to go in.

Need to update their closing times. Maybe the manager pressures the workers to close early or something. I used to work in restaurants so I understand the frustration of a customer wanting a sit down meal right before closing but if I show up to a Dunkin’ Donuts at 7:50 and you close at 8 according to the sign on the door I’m assuming a cup of coffee is a reasonable request. Being told we’re “basically closed” is weird. If you close at 7:30 or 7:45 or whatever don’t put 8:00 on the door so I won’t waste my time driving over there.

Usually you're safe ordering here. I showed up around 11 am for 4 bagels 2 plain and 2 everything. So the plain bagels are fine but there was probably an early morning problem with an order and they pawned off 2 burnt everything bagels. Photo. $9 don't ever leave a tip until you QC what's in the bag.

For what it's worth, I go to Dunkin' Donuts a lot. At this place, there is a very nice girl who took my order tonight. She is typically nice. And then you get to the window and then there is this smug girl younger who does not even say hello. Thank you or have a Good Night. She gave me my coffee, not even a word spoken. Had a tip in my hand to give, but respectfully declined. Don't understand why places cannot have a basic level of customer service anymore. I would retrain your employees a s a p or put the nice girl who's taking the orders up front to deliver the coffees and put the one who is miserable outback

Ordered a hot Machiato while on the road, those drinks are not cheap and got a cup full of ice cold milk with some coffee in it.Too far away to return it, what a waste of money.
