Coffee was not that good, I asked for caramel swirl and could not taste it, and pricier than other dunkins. Bathroom was dirty.

hopefully with them having new workers being interviewed, he gone through training soon look forward to come back and check there service time there is no need for anyone to come to this location for coffee and have to wait 15 to 25 minutes for coffee let alone maybe a sandwich unacceptable time to wait for any sandwich at all over all the reviews against this location 100% recommend to avoid till new employees take over as well as management needs to be monetized due to lack of encouraging employees to work if you see negative reviews on Google more than the reason to encourage your employees to work if not, let them go there’s always young workers that want to actually work

This just might be the slowest, rudest, uninspiring Dunkin' in New England. I can't pinpoint one exact problem or issue, because everything that has happened in the negative reviews have all happened to me at some point.

Slow service, rude service, wrong orders, cold food, all of it. Stopped going.

Tell it Like it is

I’m sick of this place. Everytime I come here to get food they tell me “unfortunately our ovens are down” yeah ok.. I have worked at Dunkin’s the ovens are always on and can be used. One time I got a sandwich and it was hard as a rock not even edible. The tall lanky kid with the girl voice doesn’t like his job at all and does not want to help customers. This is unacceptable and someone needs to fix this. I come here to order things not to be told that I can’t have what I ordered just because your employee is lazy and doesn’t want to make food. If that’s the case maybe they shouldn’t work a job. Stay away from here a bunch of teens who don’t care about their job.

Made a mobile order for food and cold brew. Showed up and was told they cant make food and they gave me a regular ice coffee instead of a cold brew.

They absolutely suck! Do not go to this Dunkin. Their service sucks and the drive thru is the worst. They take forever to take your order. I have waited over 10 mins for 2 cars in front of me to have there orders taken. Then I have to wait another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the speaker to take my order. I will never go to this Dunkin’s again.

Worst service, zero remorse for mistakes and incompetence when speaking to a manager. It’s just donuts, it’s not hard. When you get it wrong say you’re sorry and make it right. Telling the customer they are wrong for your mistake is just strange.

Called ahead at 7:25pm to ask if they had any bagel twists and if they could heat them up, they said yes. I get there 10 minutes later and they state the heaters are shut down for the night, no mention was made over the heaters being shut down in the next few minutes and it was a half hour wait. The worst part to my surprise was the young guy Brennan (or Brenden, didn’t specify spelling) kept trying to argue with me over the PA because I simply asked why I wasn’t told the heaters would shut down. After the half hour wait (not my fault) they didn’t comp me for a drink or anything after being lied to stating I could get a heated up bagel twisted immediately. Brenden should seriously stop the “CAP” and learn how to talk more properly towards paying customers, it’s not public information you shut down the heaters at 7:30p and if so you could’ve mentioned it when I called at 7:25. Thank goodness the manager could be an adult in the room and calm down the tension.

Out of every Dunks I've been to this one is so slow with service. My coffee was nasty and I never drank it. And the coffee roll i bought wasn't fully cooked. I have never in my life of going to dunks had a donut that wasn't fully cooked. This was just nasty. They need to do better
