TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! There’s a rude man with glasses that works there, he doesn’t allow you to finish ordering and tells you the total. In other words, he doesn’t want you to order anymore. I asked him for 4 coffees and told him nice and clear and still gave me the wrong order. He’s terrible for business. I wouldn’t hire him to work for me, this Dunkin Donuts is loosing lots of money. He claims he’s the supervisor. That’s a joke!

Stopped for an ice coffee and a wake up wrap at 4:53pm and was told the ovens were being cleaned… Shouldn’t that be done at closing time? Which is 3 hours away… Ice coffee tastes like burnt coffee… I will not be back EVER!!

Ordered a small iced chai latte as a mobile order and they literally gave me a coffee even though it said iced chai on it. I absolutely hate coffee and never drink it. You had one job.

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and had a great drive-thru experience. The young man who took my order was great. Didn't give me a hard time when I asked for my English muffin to be toasted twice and stirred my coffee so the syrup and sugar would sit at the bottom of the cup. Good times!

This Dunkin’s location is a perfect example of everything wrong with this company. It’s the closest location to rt3 in this area and has extremely heavy traffic. It would make sense then, to prioritize this location by ensuring it’s properly staffed. Unfortunately Dunkin’s does not seem to value their staff or employee retention at all because while clients and employees suffer poor quality service and high wait times they continue to make money. But basically I’m just whining cause I’m late for work and want a coffee.
Literally every time I come here it’s Drive thru only. They even turn off mobile orders!!! I understand that EVERYONE is short staffed however, what about those of us who don’t drive. We walk in the cold to do our errands and sometimes we just want a nice hot cup of coffee but apparently you can only get one from this location if you have a vehicle. All this and the manager is out back on his phone smoking ? This place is a JOKE!
