Just TWO poor employees had to work day after Christmas. We waited for nearly 20 minutes in drive through after mobile ordering, and our order was still wrong. Employees were young and trying their hardest. Writing this review in hopes that management would see this, and to never allow this store to be open with just two teenagers working.

Redhead female employee at the drive through repeatedly called me “honey” and “baby”. Yes I understand some people talk like that, and yes I also understand there was almost certainly nothing malicious intended, but nevertheless I simply do not want to be called those things by a stranger. I’m definitely older than said employee. I’m neither A baby nor YOUR baby, so be a professional and just don’t.

I have gone here twice now to get coffee in the am. I used the drive through. It took 30 minutes! And that was with just 3 cars in front of me. Today I went there and no cars were in front of me. It took 16 minutes to get a medium French vanilla and a large mocha latte.
Then the French vanilla had a Teaspoon of coffee grounds in it. The mocha latte had cocoa powder on the top, and whipped cream, even though I asked for oat milk. Fortunately I'm not lactose intolerant.
I don't like complaining, but don't go here if you've got someplace to be,

They NEVER get my order right. Extremely unprofessional. I have given this “proud locally owned” dump plenty of chances, but I’m officially done. DONT GO HERE. Pumpkin coffee was watery too, these people need to be retrained.

Saturday 11am, 9/1/24. After a few long minutes, I decided to note how long it would take to get through. 17 minutes until I got to ordering, then another 9 minutes to get my order. Normally i would give up and leave, but i was generally curious at this point. The woman in front of me must have smoked 4 cigarettes, just waiting. I noticed because she threw her butts out of her window. Don't litter folks, it's trashy. Anyways, don't come here if you are crunched for time. The bagel I got was barely cream cheesed. For the amount of time they had to make it, it should have been spread thick, but here I am, writing a bad review. I cream cheesed it up some more when i got home to make it edible. Go elsewhere. Please go elsewhere, there's too many other dunkin options nearby.

This a busy, busy spot. However, it's probably the nicest Dunkin' anywhere in Southern, NH. Maybe even NewEngland. Very well done and super clean.
