I went to this location recently and had a horrible experience. I specifically go to this location regularly because it is the only Dunkin’s on my way to work that has a drive thru that can easily accommodate a truck with wheel spacers. There was a long line behind me but no one in front of me and lobby was closed. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. The only reason I even waited that long was because my 2 yr old screams when she has to go back in her car seat and I would have had to get her out if I went to another location. I started to wonder if the speaker was broken so I drove up to the window. The worker looked at me and continued to make coffee and did not acknowledge me. I’m sorry but there is no excuse for such poor customer service. Why not greet the customer and let them know how long the wait will be or tell them that you aren’t sure how long the wait will be so they can decide if they want to wait or leave??? You can be short staffed and still deliver good customer service. Needless to say I ended up leaving and will not be going back to that location. It’s really gone downhill.

Quality of food is much worse than before. Employees are pretty rude, copping attitude over me ordering anything. I’ve heard management here has become completely terrible, so I can’t be all too upset at them personally. I will, however be going out of my way to another location or avoiding Dunkin’s altogether. Anything you get here will waste your money and ruin your mood.

I have liked this location since it opened but I have been very disappointed recently when the doors have been locked and only the drive up window is available. Today I stopped by and there were 7 empty cars in the parking lot so they surely were well staffed and the door was locked. I want to go inside for service so I just leave when the door is locked. I didn't agree with it during COVID and definitely hate it now.

If they are going to do drive-through only they need to be faster. I get so mad waiting in the long line for them to make something wrong. This use to be my go to dunkin but not anymore.

They never open the entrance in the morning forcing everyone to use the drive through . This is a major inconvenience to many people and you can see the anger and frustration people have leaving .
