Horrible experience from the employees on the order they fulfilled incorrectly!!! We are Jersey Mikes fans, however, the experience we had with the Hudson store was ridiculous. We ordered on the Jersey Mikes app for delivery. Not through Uber or DoorDash. Our order was delivered, however, the items in the bag were incorrect and 2 items that we paid for were missing. When we called the store and spoke with “the person in charge” (he wouldn’t give us his name) he said that it was Uber fault and we had to contact them. We didn’t order through Uber we ordered through the Jersey Mikes app and our CC was charged to “Jersey Mikes Online” not Uber. We discovered on our order history (on the app) they use DoorDash to deliver their orders when you order through the Jersey Mikes app. The “person in charge” said it’s not their fault. The bag had the correct receipt of all the items we ordered, but the items packed in the bag were not correct. He said he could refund us but then said he couldn’t because it’s Ubers fault. Jersey Mikes employees packed the bag not Uber/ DoorDash! I was willing to bring the bag and food they packed back to the store to show them what we received. He just said there was nothing he could do. He clearly was not the person in charge nor did he care. My husband called back and asked to speak to a manager, he wasn’t able to and the same guy who spoke with me all of a sudden was able to give us a refund, which we are still waiting on. Absolute poor customer service, no responsibility and unprofessional! I would not recommend this store. We’ve been long term customers of JM and this was not their best reflection.

UsuallyI have good things to say and I still do that's why I'm giving it a 4 stars. But this one time I went here and got two subs. They got the bread wrong for both of them. forget cheese on one of them and lettuce on the order. It just felt like no they weren't communicating with one another on the line. Food is ALWAYS fire tho lol.

I did an order ahead and pickup. While the food tastes decent, the order was messed up. The meats were mixed up. I asked for turkey and got ham. My wife asked for ham and she got turkey. Vege and cheese choices were mixed up too.

Went for the first time and it was amazing. A young man named Spencer took my order and it was great! Highly recommend the chipotle chicken. Will definitely be back.
The customer service was amazing!! Ordered a sub in a tub and a wrap so big I didn’t think he would be able to roll it!!! Not since the 80’s have I seen a better roll job. Great attitude and service which has been forgotten in the last 5 years.

Enjoyed my tuna sub on rosemary bread. Oh wait, it came on a wheat grain roll, and the number 7 ordered had ham. I thought that was supposed to be a turkey and provolone? Too late to bring back, I brought them home. Otherwise, good mistakes.
