Ordered online and they never follow the requests. They put so much oil on my wrap it was a huge puddle and the wrap was mushy. I also had to throw my sons sub away as they put everything on it including oil even though I request nothing but the meat and cheese. I had to throw his away because he would not touch it. Too much money waisted at this location as this was not my first time having to throw my subs away. Who teaches these kids to cut a wrap this way too, everything falls out....

The crew at store 37002 did an excellent job preparing my #13 The Original Italian Giant sandwich. I believe Kai sliced the meat, Chase prepared the sandwich and Spencer finished preparing a large order of Hot Sandwiches and Danny helped throughout the store. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They are all very professional while being nice and courteous to all of the customers in the store. I haven't eaten at a Jersey Mike's for years. I am very happy I came here for dinner. Thank you gentlemen

Chicken bacon ranch sub was the worst I've ever tasted I asked for a refund and they wanted to remake that roll of crap they seved me no thanks never try it again

Very disappointed in quality of sub and length of wait. Called ahead and when I got there I was ignored and when I was helped was told sun was not ready even though I could see my sub behind the counter. When I pointed out sun was there women was rude and tossed sun at me. Politeness cost nothing but goes a long way. Based on quality of sandwich, cost and more importantly customer service, I do not see myself returning.

Walked in to place an order with buy one regular sandwich coupon get one free! Person at the counter said we don't accept in NH store! Yet coupon does not state that! It list the Hudson store with know state! I live in Nashua, why else would it be getting mailed to me? Also Manager was rude when asked about the coupon.

They send coupons with “Hudson” on them that they are unwilling to honor. The manager was rude about it when I was in store and when I discussed my experience with Corporate in hopes of a refund, they said they did not have coupons they were aware of. How does a business send coupons they are unaware of? The customer service was awful/slow/unresponsive. I’m extremely disappointed with both this location, as well as the level of support I received from their customer service.

The hot sandwiches like steak and cheese come with an incredibly small amount of steak and it’s really low quality meat. Steak ummz essentially. Due to this the sub is incredibly dry and poor value. Would not recommend.

Wow, Jersey Mike's Italian sub is an absolute must-try! Their quality and freshness can't be beat. I always choose to have my sub \\\"Mikes Way\\\" which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and spices, creating an explosion of flavor in every bite. The giant size could easily feed me in one go, but I love that I can savor it across two meals without feeling guilty about the price. Jersey Mike's has definitely left a lasting impression on me, and I can't wait to come back for more!

It could be a better experience. while they're making your sandwiches, the people behind the counter or should say kids, are all having their own conversations with each other.I find that just respectful they should listen to the customer instead of asking "I'm sorry did you say what did you want on your sub?"Pay attention, slow down and make great sandwich.

I love jersey Mike's foodBut the last few times I've been super disappointed last time i didnt even get what i ordered . But this last time was horrible I waited over 15 mins for my sub after ordering online. Only to get home and open the wrapper to find my cheese not even on my sandwich let alone the meat on the sub roll but all over the paper half melted . My attitude is if you made me wait that long the least you could do is not throw my sandwich together like that . I get that rushes happen and things get lost in the mix sometimes, but there is no reason I should have to come home and resemble my sub . I wish there was a way to post the picture.

Didn't live up to the hype on TV. Basic subs. A little light on the meat and fixings. Need thinner buns or more meat. Better selection at your local sub shop.

Best subs period!!! Reminds me of Mike's Subs in Albany NY during the Sixties. They too used fresh sliced cold cuts. It makes a difference.

Almost Perfect. When you think of a chain restaurant you probably think lack of quality, Quick service and a affordable price. Jersey Mikes definitely delivers on two of those. Quick service and a decently priced menu. The quality is better than most sub shops around NH. I grew up next to Boston so finding quality cold cuts wasn’t hard. I moved to NH about 6 years ago and finding anything on the same level as Boston area is next to impossible. So when this place first came to the area my first thought was this is going to be another subway. How wrong i was is legendary. The cold cuts are sliced fresh, the bread is soft and flavorful. The steak is actually cooked on a flat top and not in a microwave. The prices could be better for the size but the flavor makes up some of the difference.I crave this place from time to time. Today is one of those days as I am looking forward to getting them tonight.
