The two girls that worked Sunday 3/24/24 at approximately 1pm at drive thru (first one was the cashier at the first window and the second was at the second window where you pick up your food) were extremely rude and unprofessional. So disappointed that I had to experience that with my kids in the car with me that day.

The customer service was great. I was treated with a smile and thanked for my business. My food order was hot and correct. I don't like onions on my burger and they listened which was great. Some of the outside of the building looks like it could use some repairs.

Don’t know how this place is still in business. Waited 15 mins for my order when it was sitting inside ready to be brought out. We had to go in and get it even though they had a worker passing out bags but ours wasn’t getting touched?? Only go here if you have a day off or else you’ll be extremely late to work.

My go to place for the stake bagel never been let down ever love
Myself and my three daughters went in here on a Friday night after spooky world -9pm. There was hardly anyone there but it took them 15 minutes just to ask for me for my order . I watched them work at a snails pace for 35 minutes till we got our food. There were 6-7 staff working there but they were so uncoordinated , un-interested and were just messing around with each other while the assistant manager did most of the work in the front . They back talked her and we’re just disrespectful . But then again she didn’t seem like she cared either . In the end it took almost an hour to get the food . Don’t recommend going here unless you want to wait

The girl who waited on us was amazing, but there was a customer who was there before us waiting for her food, and she did not speak English, and she did not receive what she wanted in the lady that was trying to help her was absolutely ignorant to her and screamed K by in her face And told her that she couldn’t understand her some people should have kindness in there heart
